Just makes it really easy getting luggage to a cruise ship. We spent a week on a beach holiday before the cruise and did not need our good close until the cruise so we sent the good clothes with liuggage forwarding to meet the cruise ship

Great communication was key when dealing with luggage forward.
I had initially made an error while making my initial booking, which had gone through.
This was totally my error
When I realised, and tried to correct this by calling ,Boston , England , as well as South Carolina, the staff could not do enough to help me, it was incredible.
The assurances that I received from Luggage forward , and the service was simply fantastic.
The only fault, was at the pick up end in Cairns, my home town . DHL came 3 hours earlier while nobody was at home, and the luggage was not placed outside for pickup , but fortunately , we had a video doorbell, so that I could ask the driver to come back in 15 minutes so that I could return home.
Which he did , and problem solved.
The luggage turned up prior to the estimated date, which was fine, as the hotel simply put it in to storage,

Transfer of our luggage was flawless. It arrived ahead of schedule and was waiting for us!

Representative collected the suitcase in a timely manner from the house. Met the representative at the port terminal to ship back to the USA.

Easy from start to finish. Great instructions. On time pick up from our home. Earlier than expected delivery on our return (they knew when we would be home- so did not arrive before we did).
Great experience- will use again. This was not our first time using Luggage Forward.

One or my bags looked like it was run over by an 18 wheeler. I had to send the bag out to a luggage repair shop.
At the price point being charged, we should be able to expect some reasonable level of “handling “.

Made it seamless and easy. Called in to talk through booking and they walked me through the entire process while I was filling out the information. Much better than ship sticks who told me my shipment was not possible because of customs.

Their prep is spot on and simple to follow. Clubs picked up on time. And then delivered to Scotland the following day.

your phone live agents were superb, since this was my 1st time. i tried for the trip today, yet i asked wayto late, i will venture for my jan 2027 trip. and the agent at the cruise pier to pick up my bag was so attentive to all his people.

The bags got there in time. But very expensive. More than I thought it would be.

The box of pillows sat in a warehouse in Venice and picked up bugs which caused no end of problems and forced me to throw the contents out.

Luggage was in our room when we arrived in Geneva. Again, a great experience. Highly recommend!!

The luggage was picked up as promised and delivered and waiting for me when I arrived for my tour and the trip home was just as efficient. I will use Luggage Forward on future trips. Traveling with just a carry on was great!

My sister forgot her luggage and sent me to find a way to get it to her. I found luggage forward on line. We had used it for several cruises and were very happy we did. They got her luggage to her easily and a day early. We’re very pleased with them

Friendly staff who assisted in booking.
Everything went smoothly for pickup and delivery.
The only concern was the inability to lock the luggage which I understand to have to do with the customs. Everything in our luggage was intact and undisturbed. 5 star!⭐️

Simple to use, very clear directions and the bag arrived home ahead of schedule and in perfect condition.

Sent long email to my travel agent who reported to company and we got a “lip service” response from Walter Cabrera. Company did not communicate effectively at all. Impossible to reach a live person.
