March Finance are guilty of DCA as…
March Finance are guilty of DCA as ruled by FCA an Supreme Court Ruling 01 August 25. Meaning under CCA 140 A / 140B you fiance agreement was subject to unfair trading. If you have had any court order you can ask for it to be set a side. On the grounds this new legal information was not available and could not have been known at the time. I have been ripped by MarchFinance and there lies. I now have them in the appeal high court. Will keep you updated.
