Very good app for recording videos

I had a problem and they helped me solve it quickly 💫

No output audio options. Medal doesn't have sound for me. When I open up settings there's literally no output option. Which means they probably use 'default' as an option, which is often times broken if you use things like Voice Meter Banana, which you'd think being based around gamers you'd allow them to be able to choose what sound they'd like to display. Because of this it's unusable and pointless. It worked and now it doesn't. 0/10 why would you not allow more user customization for apps, it just doesn't make any sense.

Received a refund 5 minutes after I emailed- and they provide an amazing, free service.

I recently ran into a couple of frustrating account and verification blocks while trying to link up my profiles on Medal, so I opened a support ticket expecting the usual automated responses you get from most platforms.

Instead, I got connected with a technical support agent named Jordan Chace, and the experience was immaculate. (I usually hold Steam as the gold standard for player support, but the level of speed, clarity, and direct help I received here easily matches that.) Jordan actually took the time to look into the backend database, explain what the issue was, and manually cleared the account links within minutes of my replies.

It's incredibly rare to find a platform where the support team is this responsive and actually treats you like a human being instead of a ticket number. Huge shoutout to Jordan for sorting everything out so smoothly. Definitely earned a long-term user here.

Do NOT, and I mean do NOT get this garbage. The new overlay update injects itself into EVERY possible game you play. Once it does that, for some games, a crash is coming, and can NOT be stopped. This happens in Unreal 5 games, as medal.tv injects itself, it often causes errors with mesh loading, leading to a fatal crash. Find a better clipping alternative, for the love of god.

les clips ne marche pas, 1 mois que j'essaye de faire des clips et sa ne veux pas je me retrouve a désinstaller l'application et la ré installer des millier de fois sans que le problème ne sois régler. Prenez n'importe quelle autre application que celle-ci !!

Medal is good in a content creator role, and I’ve clipped many gameplay that I would have not gotten if it wasn’t for Medal. I think some of Medal’s good stuff is how you can post full 10 minute videos without premium which I think is a huge benefit. Another thing I like is how easy the editor is and I’m easily cranking out clips.
However, sometimes Medal bugs. Every time I close Medal, I need to restart my PC in order to open it again. Sometimes my editor just won’t render a clip and although I spent a whole lotta time on that edit, it just doesn’t render. Very frustrating.

I submitted a ticket to recover access to my email account. The support team responded promptly, within 1 to 3 hours. Although it took over a week to fully resolve the issue, I appreciate their continued assistance and eventual resolution of the problem.

One of the best game recording softwares out there, but it's full of ads and the edit clip section is just a big joke.

Very pleased to note that the infinite scrolling bug is STILL here after a week, updates, resets, launching as administrator.... why does this god forsaken app never work as intended. I literally cannot scroll any direction, it just glitches out and refuses to move. No filters help either. Some of the ad placements are now fake thumbnails that wont move and cannot be interacted with. I need someone to invent a negative star system just for Medal

Medal is fine, and its helped me get some pretty good clips, but it interferes with so many things. When first opening it causes everything - and I mean EVERYTHING to lag. its crashed so many games I'm considering uninstalling at this point. I have a good PC that's made for gaming, so it's not a problem IM having, the only source I'm finding that's doing this is medal TV. another problem is sometimes medal randomly delays my inputs. I'll be playing a game, I accidentally hit F8 like.. 10 minutes ago, and suddenly its activating, it almost crashes the game, then proceeds to make me walk off the edge like I know nothing about said game. There was a recent update, but so far, it's done absolutely nothing about this problem. Would I recommend? sure, go ahead, but if you're planning to run games that have a belt system, DONT, it will cause you to die and probably lose a few ranks.

basically malware ive used this app for a few months and its impacted my performance significantly and of course after uninstalling my pc works just fine again do not be like me dont intstall for your safety.

this app literally sucks keeps on closing my game mid session bc it needs to "BE READY TO CLIP" like who do you think u are

I am honestly very impressed about this app. It can create videos of your gameplay (start/stop) or even save the last5 minutes if something unexpected happens. Works very well and support team is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Very unsatisfied with the app at first everything is normal but now i recorded a clip i cant find it in the folder and cant delete clip i keep click delete nothing happen
And it's making me mad
Repair mode do nothing and happen for weeks now
