Renters damaged and thrashed my property. Filed a claim was told by claims adjuster that it would be to far for her to drive and do the inspection. Was told by her to do the inspection my self, take photos, forward the photos to her and proceed with the repair and cleanup. Approx. three weeks into the cleanup and repair process was told that photos does not show and tell everything and that she would be sending a independent claims adjuster. A week later i was told my claim was denied because of normal wear and tear. Mind you that she refused to do her own job that she was paid to do, never made an appearance and then had the nerve to tell me it was normal wear and tear. I diligently paid insurance every year, did her job, was not compensated for my loss so that she could drink a cup of coffee in her air conditioned office and keep her job at my expense. I do not expect a complete remodeling of my home but expect to be compensated for the clean up and damages. If could i would give a negative star rating and fire the DEI hire claims adjuster.

Easy & Clear

Has most competitive pricing for their insurance products which is why I have used them. However, they have recently messed up their customer service experience, over-relying on AI. I wanted to add homeowner's insurance to my automobile policy during business hours. Their virtual assistant texted me right away asking when a good time to call would be. I said, "right now," and got an immediate phone call. However, I was called by a bot, and after 20 minutes on hold, I gave up. Their hold line is this jazzy tune that becomes annoyingly repetitive after a few minutes--and 20 minutes to make a prospective customer wait? Yeah, that was enough for me to drop them completely.
