The agent was very thorough and patient when I signed up because I had a lot of questions. I also had mercury before the customer service when an accident occurred, even when it was not my fault I called Mercury not the other persons insurance company. The prompt response and quickness to getting a claim number to getting my car towed wherever I choose to have it repaired and to getting a rental car, I was absolutely satisfied.

Being able to talk to an agent after 5 pm…
Being able to talk to an agent after 5pm pacific time. Not only was I able to get home owners insurance, I added my auto insurance too and saved over $250 a month.
