Nice and easy

The AIS agent I dealt with for my quotes, Tatiana Uribe Gutierrez, was fantastic. I’m happy with my policies and their competitive rates. I was NOT happy with the hoops I was made to jump through with Mercury underwriting in order to get the Umbrella Policy for reasons that had never been raised before, either when receiving my quote or with prior Umbrella policies I’d had with other companies. I found that part of the process to be unreasonable, unnecessarily stressful and did result in my Auto Insurance rates being slightly increased from the original quote. But other than that, I’m very satisfied with my Mercury experience so far.

I have always been a happy customer with Mercury Insurance. I have used all the other big names insurance companies in the past on both auto and home policy, but Mercury is the most affordable and provide the best customer service.

If i could give less stars i would. I had Mercury for a few years they are a terrible company when it comes to the claims process. They are terrible to deal with hard to get ahold of and they lie and don't pay out your full claim. We got hit by a tornado a few months back and our area had a lot of wind and hail damage my roof included. I put a claim in they sent out an adjuster I received a call a few day later they said i need a full replacement. My claims person was Russell he told me my roof was valued at 15000 my deductible was 5000 then since my roof was 14 yrs old there is depreciation they were supposed to pay our like 7500 they gave me 5000 instantly then told me I'd get the rest once I put the roof on and sent pics to them that's where it fell apart I put a new roof on called them it took him a day or 2 to call me back he then calls me at 7:30 at night and then tells me that my roof does not qualify for depreciation and they're not paying any more money out. They are a pathetic shiesty company with shit employees.. Now since we had a tornado roll through our area there has been a ton of people with damage that have had to deal with insurance the best companies in our area have been Hanover, Country Financial, and surprisingly state farm

One customer support guy was so much rude and he disconnected the call even though there was no such debate or argument but later I called and connected with other customer support agent and he helped to finish the task.

The agent was very helpful, he answered all my questions, and I couldn’t believe how fast I can get it done! Now we are ensured thank you Josh.

The two gentlemen are very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, also Mercury's premium is very attractive/reasonable. I am hoping we can build up a realistic working relationship for a long time, and the future premium adjustment is based on objective and mutual beneficial environment. If so, Mercury's five-star is well deserved.

I have sent 3 emails over this last week using 2 different email accounts associated with you asking for my policy information or a log in, but you had no problem taking my money last Thursday and then going dark on actually providing me the policy or service or response.

The agent has been very prompt. Very polite and helpful.

The communications I had with Mercury agents was great and answer all my questions.

How quick and easy the process was to get setup. Definitely came in handy when my insurance Geico dropped me for my first time DUI & only had 1 month to get another insurance with SR-22. And the rates are amazing, definitely saving a lot more! Thank you Mercury!
