MKM Chichester. Outstanding customer service. Competitive prices. Efficient staff. Very easy to work with, thanks to their free local delivery policy. One of their drivers, Garry, was so helpful: we had materials delivered in several batches, which were taking too much space, and weren’t in the optimum order. On the last delivery, Garry kindly re-arranged the order in which the materials were stacked, stacked existing bags on top of each other, giving us more space and making our job so much easier. We are so grateful. Thank you.

We've had at least 5 deliveries from mkm in the last year. We're in South Ayrshire. We've had a variety of materials delivered for our new build. We live down a single track road so it can be challenging for some larger vehicles at times. I don't think it's ever phased these guys. They always manage in and out in no time. Dropping materials exactly where you need them if you give them a heads up. I've not just gone back to them because their delivery service is great. They are actually the cheapest for so many materials. Great company, I'll be back again and again for future projects!

Absolutely fantastic service from Carla in the Birkenhead store from start to finish. She got everything I asked for in my initial enquiry with extras for the absolute best price, beating quotes from other local and national suppliers. Couple of minor issues along the way which Carla sorted immediately, she was always on hand to liaise directly with the fitters as and when required. Aftercare was excellent too, Carla arranged a replacement for one of the externally supplied appliances after installation as it was not quite up to standard. Top class, would definitely recommend 👍

Worked a liitle while at the anlaby road site.
Not the nicest of places to work and the amount of stock being taken by staff in the morning before the boss arrived was ridiculus.

Ordering material through to delivery was smooth. Delivery time was spot on. Driver called 1 hour before delivery and was so accommodating and positioning the 750 kg bags of slate into the dedicated spaces allotted. All performed by Alan the deliverer so pleasant mom supply

We visited our local MKM showroom as we'd been told they had some nice kitchens. We spotted one we liked, Symphony Heritage, and discussed our requirements with Jade one of MKM kitchen design colleagues. Jade was very knowledgeable and helped us with our choices, providing advice and guidance throughout. Jade came to our home, measured up, and provided us with computer generated pictures. This was very helpful to enable us to visualise what our new kitchen would look like. We changed our minds on the unit colour, and Jade updated the design so we could see what it looked like 'in situ', with the silestone worktop and flooring we'd chosen from MKM. Jade's design skills were excellent and we ended up with a beautiful kitchen, laid out perfectly to match our taste and requirements. We received great customer service from Jade and would certainly recommend MKM.

Dawn Adshead at MKM Hull designed our bathroom and ensured that our fitter received all bathroom requirements timeously to complete the fit in nine days.
We thank Dawn for her patience over five visits before finalising the retro bathroom design. The choice at her finger tips is quite extraordinary.

Highly recommend Max from MKM Bury, came back to me after initial visit with ten different kitchen designs. After listening to our questions, what we wanted from the kitchen and some fabulous adaptations of his own we have finally decided and purchased our new kitchen in time for Christmas. Thanks Max for listening and being patient with our many questions!

We have used MKM for our house renovation this year. The team is all very helpful and also friendly. It’s become fun to visit their store, for the helpful advice, show room, free lovely coffee and our dog loves the affection he gets.

Especially a huge thanks to Matt and how amazing he has been in helping us. He put so much thought and detail into our kitchen and really listened to our vision and our needs. We are delighted with the finish so far and have really enjoyed finalising our new ensuite bathroom with him.

Had 2 bathrooms from these 1st one Oct 23 had many issues with delays missing parts etc, plus a 3 month wait for a refund for goods not used.
I was going to have another bathroom and as a result of the above I was offered a free bath for the next one so accepted.
Second bathroom delays again resulting in a delay for the fitters missing parts etc. I had to pay extra for the fitters extra days work and then complained to MKM about this. They clearly did not want to pay anything still insisting that I had compensation alone but that was for the first delay.
I have contacted them again and they are flatly refusing to consider any compensation, so as a result I will have to take them to the small claims court as nearly £500 is a massive amount to me. BE WARNED

My husband and I have done a garden overhaul and bought the majority of products from MKM Dundee. I have dealt with Jordan Scott throughout the process and would like to commend him for his Customer Service. He has been polite, professional and consistent. Jordan is an asset to the Dundee branch. I would also like to note that the delivery team have also been exceptional. We ran short of two products and they were both delivered from the branch same day. You can't get better service than that. Thank you MKM Dundee

Got to newark store later than I had liked due to traffic. Literally pulled up at the yard at 455 and they close at 5pm. Said we was after a tonne of gravel, the first couple members of staff was like sorry we closed now, go speak to Brad inside and off they went, when going inside we spoke to Brad and he arranged for delivery tomorrow, I mentioned that I don’t think the delivery vehicle would get access to the house it needs delivering to, he was like if you got transport now I can quickly grab a fork lift and it’s done then, so he got the forklift out, staying later in his own time to help us out. Can’t fault him, he was polite throughout despite him most likely wanting to go home. Nice lad and credit to Mkm.

Chelmsford - had patio tiles for my garden renovation, great product but issues with the delivery, and stock… ended up a winner but could have been informed more throughout the process and told that the tile was being discontinued.

MKM Aldershot - purchased a Symphony Kitchen from them in 2023, for (mostly) self-installation.

Installing any kitchen is a major upheavel to the family home, and requires co-ordination from many suppliers, and a few trades.

We had a few issues with parts, and delivery from other suppliers, but Jon at MKM was unwaveringly supportive and helpful.

Communication is critical and Jon remained responsvie, was across all the issues and items we raised.

Then after a while the worksurfaces edge failed and once again MKM went into bat for us and the result was we opted to upgrade to granite worktops. MKM again supported us throughout the entire process and I felt dealt with our issues fairly and with understanding.

Would I use again? ABSOLUTELY.
Would I recommend Aldershot MKM? 100%, Jon in their kitchen dept is a rockstar and seems unflappable!

The install was slowed by a personal injury but MKM stayed with me throughout this entire "ordeal", and have upheld all support requests with unwavering commitment.

Thank you MKM, our kitchen is still looking as good as the day we installed it. The fit and finish is remarked upon by all who visit. The worktop replacement fitters even said it was better than 99% of all kitchens they see installed.

So 5 star review to MKM!

Expected my delivery of wood tomorrow. They turned up a day early and didn't even let me know they were here. They left the products on my front path and, being over 70, I am unable to move them myself. Thanks a lot guys!

Once again, MKM Chichester has excelled at their customer service. Short of materials, I phoned at 9am and spoke to Chris, asking if there was any chance of a same day delivery? He suggested that they may be able to deliver by late afternoon. The items were dropped off by 12 noon, that day. I’m not surprised if I’m honest, as my regular dealings with MKM of late have all been very positive. Please keep it going like this, so refreshing to have a local company that actually seems to want to work for their customers, not the other way round.
