Emily Nein was awesome, she went above and beyond my expectations. She was available day and night to answer every question and ensure I had all the information I needed. She also stayed on top of me, submitting all of the needed information timely. I was clueless to the entire home buying process but she made sure the financial side ran smoothly. She was amazing!

My husband and I were referred to David Clemens by our Realtor Lacey Pennypacker since they work together often. Lacey spoke very highly of him saying that he was a great guy, he is super quick and he knows his stuff - and she was right! David was great. He was quick to send us estimates so that we could know how much our monthly payments would be if we decided to put an offer down on the houses we were looking at. When we finally found a house, he was quick to help us get through all the paperwork without any hiccups. One of the key things that I look at when working with someone is that they are very responsive and are able to answer questions in a timely manor and David is probably one of the quickest professionals that I have ever worked with. He also follows up with his clients, which adds a personal touch and I really appreciate that.

I looked at about 10 houses through my buying process and every time there was a house I was interested in, I would send him the address. In less than 24 hours (a lot of times it was in about 4 hours) he would send a breakdown of the mortgage with all the costs factored in. I highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy a house.
