We received excellent service from all members of the Mortgage America team that we dealt with. Since this was our first mortgage/home buying experience, they answered all our questions in a timely matter with great detail and were transparent with the entire process. Most of the experience was painless. I had one pain point dealing with them but outside of that, it was painless. The pain point was they waited to the last minute to request certain documents from me so as a result, I had to rush to get them. Otherwise, things were great.
