Nice folks but communication was sparse and delayed making my closing experience unnecessarily stressful. Then they sold my mortgage to a different servicer after I had selected them because they were local and we discussed how much I valued being able to have a local person to contact.

Walked us through every step with ease

Our mortgage refinance was the smoothest process ever! All of our questions were thoroughly answered before the process even began. Once we initiated we had an approval within hours, and the rest of the paperwork followed shortly thereafter. Requests for documents from me came in one email, with barely any follow up. The process was quick, easy, clear, and did I mention quick? I think we signed our new loan within 3-4 weeks from when we first initiated the process. I would absolutely use them again.

Jim Lenard is a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. He was extremely responsive to even my dumbest questions. Knowledge and proactive.

I never chose mortgage America. Somehow I keep getting emails with updates for someone that has the same name as me. After multiple attempts to get them to stop have been unsuccessful, I have decided that the next time it happens I will poach the client, as I work for a competitor. Get your ship in order folks…
