We had a great experience with Mortgage America. This was our first time buying a home and we weren’t quite sure what to expect. Everyone we interacted with was helpful, thorough, and patient with all of our questions and concerns.

My loan officer why is extremely patient and available throughout the several months I was looking for my investment property. He was able to analyze properties as soon as I came upon them and took the time to educate me on the process and remind me of factors I might have missed. He looked for loan programs I might qualify for and offered me the lowest rate he could. Thank you Ryan Esser!

Matt's always excellent to work with, he helped explain everything I needed to know and made sure my credit rating was where it needed to be. Prompt communication too. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking to buy a house.

So far so good. Not having a local branch to visit to speak with someone in person is a little odd.

I was mislead about the amount of money I needed for settlement and showed up with a bank check not equal to what was needed . They did not attend my settlement and sold my loan before I even settled.
