Purchased my vehicle from this dealership today, went down last weekend to test drive, liked the car so paid the deposit and picked it up today all prepared and ready for the 150 mile drive home, absolutely perfect, a big thanks to Carl for such an easy way to buy a car hassle free, cheers

I was assisted by Aidan Heath at Motortrust UK Lancaster. He helped me from the minute I spoke to him over the phone making sure I got the best price to suit my budget. he included a full warranty in my price to give me peace of mind. A week later I drove 2 hours to go and fetch my car. The car was valeted. The car did have a few issues but Aidan made sure that we got that sorted with no hassles. I drove away a happy excited 42 year old "boy". lol

I recently bought a Mercedes GLA.
I have recieved absolutely no sales nor after sales call, when I have emailed relentlessly.
I have no Warranty paperwork.
I have recieved a DD confirmation from DVLA for a completely different car!!!
No one is replying/calling me to fix any issues.
I am so disappointed.

I was very interested in a car that motortrust Lancaster was selling but I was not willing to pay £150 administration fee for a car sales business to do its’ job.

I understand charging a fee for finance. This involves extra work. When I questioned the reason for administration fee for a cash sale, I was told it was so they could replace the car I purchasedwith another car.

I realise this is relatively common place now but I do not go to Tesco’s and get charged an administration fee for them to restock their shelves – that is their business, and I do not see why I should pay one when I buy a car. If they have additional costs, they should be built in to the price.

They lost a sale from me.

Found the car I wanted via Autotrader but it was in Lancashire and I am in Hampshire so it was all done remotely. Ben proved to be helpful and reliable and after several emails I bought the vehicle. We are pleased with it. The vehicle was delivered on the agreed day by a very courteous chap called Junior. Junior showed me around the car answering my questions and finishing up minor paperwork.
Overall a pleasant experience.

Part exchanged a car with this company, price all agreed and drove new car away. 2 days later were told we had to pay another £4,000 or return the car as our car was a category D, and they could only sell it for £9,000. In good faith we paid this money only to see 2 days later our car was on the forecourt for £14,495. Put in a formal complaint to the manager, who told us non of his salesman would tell us how much they could sell a car for. It was the manager Craig that told us this and blatantly lied to us. Why would we pay an extra £4,000 if this was not what was said? Do not trust this company .....

Got my last car here, very professional outfit. Was helped by a lad called Aidan, seemed a little timid but knew his cars and I appreciated his input. Overall great experience, would recommend.

Caution advised…
The salesperson (Connor) provided false information regarding the vehicle's previous ownership and history. I travelled 330 miles to view the car, only to discover that the front tyres had not been replaced, despite previous MOT advisories indicating they were close to illegal.
Additionally, the vehicle had an outstanding manufacturer recall that was going to be supposedly investigated, but no action had been taken. When I requested to see the independent AA vehicle report, the dealership declined to provide it.
To make matters worse, the Sales Manager refused to speak with me, despite the fact I had spent over 6 hours of my day and travelled a considerable distance to view the vehicle.
Finally, despite being assured that my £500 deposit would be refunded within 3–5 working days, it took two weeks and multiple follow-ups calls to get it returned

Saw a car we wanted went to have a look but had to book a test drive as they couldn’t get the car out for us. Went back to test drive and asked them to value our car. Agreed a price and paid a deposit arrange a date to collect car. Before collecting we tried to contact to confirm the 3 year warranty, emailed and called and eventually got a response but was a week later. Had to change collection fat from the Wednesday to the weekend due to work so this gave them over 10 days to prepare the car. We had a time booked for collection and we turned up on time. Had to wait 15 mins to see the salesman, to then be told the car wasn’t ready as their valeted hasn’t turned up?! Surely this should have been completed well before the morning of the collection. Why couldn’t they have called to let us know. We could have arranged our day around this. So we had to come back later this afternoon. No apology. Went back and picked up car and immediately had to get fuel as we would not have got anywhere. We have bought many cars over the years and this is the worst customer service experience we have ever had. I would not recommend this garage to buy a car. Go elsewhere. When spending so much money we expect some level of customer service but unfortunately it was non existent.
