Caz and Evelyn were absolutely fantastic during the whole process. Could not speak more highly of them.

We visited ‘The Limes’ in Tetbury and were really impressed with the marketing side of Newland Homes. It really makes a positive impact when choosing which developers to view with and is crucial to getting people through the doors.

The whole process of buying a Newland homes has been smooth and stress free. From the moment I met Holly and Bev at Great Oaks I knew I was doing the right thing, they were totally honest and at no point did they ever try the hard sell. I know there are a few issues with the house but it is how they are dealt with and how I have been dealt with that makes all the difference.i would have no problems in recommending Newland homes as a company and my new home is amazing.

Everyone was incredibly welcoming to us. I took a small group of students from the local school as part of a careers day and the team really made a huge effort. We had a talk all about careers within home building; from planning to construction, to sales and marketing. We got to see the show home and the questions students had were all answered and considered. I was really impressed by the whole delivery and execution of the afternoon.

Newland Homes provided a wonderful experience for our students at SWR. Showcasing to them all of the careers linked to the construction industry and their sustainability for the future. Opportunities like this are rare for young people - and they take some organisation. Newland Homes went above and beyond in what they offered, and for that we are extremely grateful.

Unfortunately we bought a property which experienced more than it’s fair share of problems but through it all the Aftersales team - Matt, Jan and Jess did a very good job.
They chased subcontractors numerous times and made the repair schedule as stress-free as possible.

I needed help finding an original Building Control certificate and I had tried lots of other avenues. I spoke to Jan at Customer Service and explained problem. She was so patient and her tenacity shone through and she found it. This means with this information my daughter can now exchange on a house in London. My deepest thanks she needs a medal for her help. Great customer service thanks to her and the team

Have had the pleasure of living in a newlands home for almost a year and cannot recommend the team enough they are all very polite, friendly and helpful. I have spoke to Bev and Holly as they had a model of the street in the sales office which my son fell in love and kept wanting to see it and wanted it, upon speaking to Bev and Holly they were able to speak to the team and my son was given the model when they no longer needed it. 2 of the builders brought the model to our house and didn’t hesitate to help and put it where we wanted it. Bev and Holly were so patient with my son and were always happy to see him and never felt rushed or unwelcome. The houses are beautiful and have had no issues with the property very well built.

Although our house buying journey is still not complete, we just wanted to highlight the excellent job that Evelyn and Caz are doing.
From our initial ‘just looking’ meeting to signing to reserve a plot, they both have been thoroughly helpful, offering suggestions and advice along the way. Nothing seems too much trouble and they always answer questions or find out extra information.
We haven’t moved for 30+ years - so thank you Evelyn and Caz for making this huge change more manageable and not so stressful.

Chris Parker, Head of Marketing has been a longtime supporter of Winchcombe Rotary Club through advertising in our 'Classics at Prescott' programme - so, as Speaker Secretary I invited him along to as our guest last week and we were not disappointed. Newland Homes are clearly an upmarket house-builder who provide that little extra finesse when it comes to facilities and keeping their customers happy.
Chris gave Rotarians a professional insight into a recent case study from the time Newland Homes make the initial purchase of land through to the eventual sale of one of their houses.

We recently purchased a home at Kempsters Reach and I can honestly say, out of all the new homes I’ve ever purchased, the standard of customer care and diligence has been outstanding! Cas and Evelyn are a credit to Newlands Homes and as we’ve discovered since we moved into our beautiful new home, so too are all the staff and team at Newlands!

The house itself is of an exceptional build quality with minimal snags. The buying process was also first class with no pressure whatsoever. In fact, quite the opposite, plenty of support throughout the lengthy five months it took for our chain of 6 to finally complete.

Newlands definitely seem to have prioritised customer care and satisfaction from start and this is reflected through their exceptional team.

I am so grateful that we purchased through Newlands who helped us achieve our dream home in a beautiful location.

We are currently in the process of purchasing a property at St George's Mead Semington. Throughout, Caz & Evelyn have been outstanding, providing clear and concise information and advice, whilst considering our needs. They have been available (and continue to be) to answer any queries and help us through the minefield associated with house purchase! Their friendly and relaxed manner has made the experience less daunting! All in all they have been exceptional ambassadors for Newland Homes.

Holly one of the sales team, was brilliant, we explained what we wanted, and she said she knew exactly what she had for us!
I did think 'oh I bet they say that to all the customers' but actually she showed us 3 houses which were all a good match, andv1 in particular. We were going ahead with the buy, but at last minute we found another home which suited us a bit better. We were rather sad to let them down after all the effort Holly and the team put into helping us, but even then she was very gracious about it. Excellent service overall for everything! A special well done to Holly a credit to your company.

We are in the process of buying a Newlands home. The staff have been extremely helpful, honest and supportive during this time. The house designs are well thought out and very practical, and bang up to date with the latest technology.

We were a small group of people interested in planning issues and representing the Cheltenham Civic Society. We asked for a guided tour of the new Pear Tree estate on the edge of Cheltenham because we were interested in their claim to be building carbon neutral homes . We were received by two members of the Newland's team, who spent the best part of a hour with us, guiding us around and answering our many questions (although we were unable to enter any homes). Chris and Craig were courteous and well informed, especially about the measures adopted to build carbon neutral homes. We were impressed by what we saw, and wished more developers would commit to building to the same high energy standards.

They were always attentive, no question ignored or problem too much trouble to investigate and resolve.
Cheerful, helpful and encouraging at all times - despite the stress we were placed in by the inevitable hang-ups of our own property sale, legal challenges and conveyancing & removals events!
