The shade sail is pretty good for the money. One of the sides does not curve in so it catches in the wind and won't pull tight. I reached out to them and sent them pictures and they never got back to me.

I tried multiple times to contact their customer service via phone, chat and email - nothing works. Phone number constantly have a busy tone. Unfortunately, I placed an order and fully paid, but product hasn't arrived yet. I am wondering if it is legit company or not. If somebody knows how to contact this company, please share that information.

We ordered some custom curtains for my son's new condo from Nicetown.com. The process for ordering was simple and easy. When I had a question about shipping, they answered quickly. And the curtains were exactly what we expected. We were very happy with our entire experience.

Big impact on back yard covered areas and great pricing. Also the curtains arrived quickly despite all needing to be different sizes.

They sent the wrong item. Have tried to contact customer support: No one answers live chat, contact form for email does not work and no one answers the customer service phone number.

Great curtains! Of course they’re going to be a bit on the expensive side, but their quality more than makes up for the price. Used in my home studio for soundproofing the windows, and couldn’t be happier. Thank you nicetown!

I initially ordered two sets of two panels of curtains; one set of these curtains was sent to me and was made incorrectly. I ordered curtains with the same color liner & these were sent with black liner. After contemplating my entire order, I decided I’d actually like a different color & size for my curtains. As I understand these are custom and cannot be exchanged, I agreed to a discounted price on my new order which accounted for and in response to the panels that were made incorrectly. This was fair, reasonable & acceptable.

Now comes the second order of curtains - same type of order (two sets of two panels). One set was made completely opposite of what I asked for length & width, so I was sent panels that were 84 width by 36 length, rather than the opposite. Additionally, my original panels were grommet style that I paid for. Both panels were sent to me with a bag of individual metal fasteners that I have zero time or interest in working to fasten. I ordered grommet for a reason. This was never confirmed to me in the second order that was completed through a specific link and order by the company. I had no ability to modify this through what they sent me.

Photos were sent to the company displaying all of these issues. In response, the company offered me $30.00 so I “wouldn’t have to worry about returning”. I paid a total of $765.30 for this order, received curtains made incorrectly from them, and they offered me $30. If I’m counting the curtains made incorrectly from the first order, it’s a total of $1040.48 of curtains that I have no use for.

I have communicated with the company for several weeks and at this point have now just been ignored. I gave this company over a week to resolve this. It is so unfortunate and truly unreasonable. I would strongly consider purchasing curtains elsewhere before your money is taken and you never see it back.

I had nice town, make a custom sized shade for my boat, the correspondence was excellent. Even after a few different size alterations, they were happy to make any changes that I requested, and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly use them again, and probably will, as I’d like to have the same sunshade made in a different color.

Ordered a heavy duty sun shade for our pergola. The original order was damaged by the shipper and Nicetown was great about replacing the item for us without a great deal of hassle. Love the sun shade and I would do business with them again.

Being able to get samples of all colors available for your curtains for free is a nice touch. The samples arrived quickly. We placed an order - and the custom made curtains arrived faster than we expected. They are well made and do block the sun on our east facing french doors at our house at 8600 feet. Would definitely order again.

I ordered a custom insulated thermal curtain from Nicetown and I am very happy with the product. I really appreciated being able to customize the size I needed and within a few weeks I had the curtain. I was really impressed with how well made it was. Nicetown uses quality materials durably stitched together. I anticipate having this curtain for a long time because it's so well made.

Was looking for curtains for an oddly sized window, so looked to order custom curtains. Picture showed two curtains and everywhere the product was referred to as "curtains" with an "s" indicating plural. I filled out all the specifications and then clicked buy and completed my payment. At no point was there any indication that I would only receive one curtain rather than a set. When I received the order, there was only one of each curtain. I checked the listing again and when I scrolled and scrolled past the buy button hidden at the bottom of the page in small print was a text that only one curtain was included. This information should be provided above the buy button and not hidden at the bottom to try to trick people into ordering (thinking the price is for two). Since they are non-refundable I hesitantly ordered a second. Nicetown reached out asking for a review if my experience was positive and if it was negative to reach out to them and they would make it right. I reached out and asked for a refund for the second set of curtains since their marketing was very deceptive and the marketing lead me to believe I would get a set of curtains. They offered a 12% discount. I'm not sure if this was for a future order (definitely won't order again) or a refund, but when I replied saying we would take any refund they offered, but wouldn't be satisfied while they were profiting off of their deceptive marketing they did not reply.

Workmanship is perfect! From time of order to delivery, very quick. This was my second order, and I am totally pleased. I will use you again...... Thanks, Charlie

Measurements were exactly as I ordered. And curtains are top notch made with higher end fabrics. I liked them so much I ordered another set for another window in our entertainment space.

I order a sun shade and never arrived in Nebraska .Very mixed E-Mail .Said "it arrived " finally after all the missed info. It came May 17 , 2023 . We love the sun shade ,Just what we wanted.

very nice curtains, just what I ordered at a good price. live next to train station and was hoping for more of a noise reduction. the curtains do help a lot.

I had a great experience with Nicetown. The curtains I ordered came on time, were just what I ordered and are of good quality. It's hard to find custom made curtains at an affordable price...Nicetown does it well! I'll order from them again.

We got the velvet curtains and love them! They look beautiful and really cut down on the street noise. The company was great to work with, shipped fast too!

I ordered outdoor curtains and they faded within 60 days. I emailed Nicetown 3x within 3 weeks and tried calling and texting their customer support number.
NO RESPONSE TO ANY OF MY ATTEMPTS.
