Caring customer service, very good product. If they would make it in the USA would be perfect.

Curtains were ordered to custom size and arrived as ordered. The curtains came with a choice of two tie-back options (a band with same colour material and also a rope with heavy tassle at each end). The size was what we requested.

Price was reasonable compared to competitors.

I was looking for something very specific and had to Google what I was looking for. Nicetown popped up and I was so excited! I had two places I needed coverage for sight and sound where a door wasn't feasible. Orders came on time and were exactly as advertised. Exceeded expectations as I had not heard of this little company before. Will use again for other products.

My first time purchasing and I am so disappointed. The curtains were not cut right and they didn’t measure right either. The curtains were way too long or small. One set was as long as a cathedral veil for a bride. Another set wasn’t wide enough to fully cover the windows and the curtains weren’t cheap. I will not purchase from them again or recommend this place to anyone.

I spent almost $500 on custom "100% blackout curtains" and they sent me curtains that were completely sheer and not light blocking at all. I sent them photos and called them and emailed countless times. Amy would not respond to my emails and would not take responsibility for the mistake. They are scammers -- DO NOT order from them!!!!!!

Great experience ordering from Nicetown. I got custom curtains, and accidentally ordered one panel instead of two, so they came in two separate orders. Both shipped quickly and the curtains are great quality. I received a tie back with one and not the other, and customer service was super helpful, quick to respond, and offered to send me another one. Definitely recommend.

I purchased two sets of 4 layer blackout/thermal insulated drapes. I was impressed with how quickly they arrived, knowing that they came from China. They are well made and quite handsome.

I bought them for their thermal qualities. But, since winter is over I'll have to wait until next year to evaluate their effect on my heating bill. I have no doubt that they will help.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that included with my order were 'tie-backs', those strips of cloth that are used to hold the drapes open. The only complaint I have, and it is a minor one, is that they are all the same size. One of the sets I ordered have two panels that are 61" each while the panels of the second set are each 108". The tie-backs work with the shorter set but are a bit tight. They are definitely too short for the longer set. I'll have to figure out something for them.

Overall, I am happy with my drapes and would recommend this company for anyone who is looking for a good looking, durable drapery.

I requested samples that were delivered within just a few days free of charge. Amy was very helpful in answering questions on my very large order. She caught a mistake that I made on my order and clarified with me before placing the order. The 4 layer curtains were exactly as described on the website. I was impressed by the speed in which my orders were completed and delivered.
I would order again.

Buyer beware - they are a suspicious company and send you defective items and decline refund when you ask customer service. Their provided phone number is actually a dead line, their chat offer is a lie because no one responds to you, and their customer service representative "Amy" emails from a weird Chinese email and suggests I give my defective product to a friend when I showed them a ripped and stained product. I've received multiple spam calls with a Chinese country code since ordering from them, and I would never EVER think of buying from them again.

The curtains are beautiful. We love them! Amy in Customer service was incredibly helpful with all my questions beforehand.

We received our curtains very quickly even if we are in Canada. They are just perfect. It’s a lot more than what I expected. Can’t be better. We will order more and surely recommend to anyone.

Back in January 2023, I bought my first set of soundproof/blackout/thermal drapes to help silence the traffic noise I hear from the nearby turnpike. The ordering process was easy; the choices of styles, size, colors, etc was exceptional. The result was remarkable! Although the drapes didn’t silence the noise, it did deaden it; so much so, that at times I didn’t hear the traffic at all. So in February, I ordered two more sets of drapes with the same level of satisfaction. It is now March, and, I am ordering my third set of soundproof/blackout/thermal drapes!!

Curtains were beautifully crafted, the materials and dimensions were perfect, and they arrived much faster than expected. Definitely worth the money.

Curtains are high quality full blackout curtains and arrived quickly as promised. We needed the curtains for a new condo to rent and needed them fast.

I ordered blackout/sound curtains for office to specifically block sound around a door while on conference calls. The ability to customize size of curtain with nicetown.com was crucial and curtain is fantastic and absolutely does the job. Good quality material and workmanship is excellent. Entire process of ordering was easy and product arrived on time and as promised.

These well-made curtains cut the traffic noise from the nearby highway corner, where trucks rumble by and wannabe Fast and Furious drivers gun their engines. The curtains have the added bonus of providing a cool oasis from the Florida sun.

We own an old house (1930's). The front door is very unique and would cost a fortune to replace with a modern door. Said door also leads to a front yard facing a busy street. Since we installed these curtains, the ambient street lights and sounds are incredibly diminished AND our living room is a good deal more comfortable temperature wise. Bonus, these curtains look amazing. They are great quality and were very reasonable. (I could not have made these myself to this caliber at this cost.) So very glad we decided to order these.
