Seems it's stable now after grappling with the internet for more than 6 days. No customer services responded or returned any of my calls, but it seems to be back online now l.

Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.

We had an installation on friday 10th April.
We would like to thank the two engineers who called, Ashley Dean and Steff Henry. They were very professional, cleaned up after them and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They are both a credit to your company.

Renewing my package was easy and the lady who guided me through the process was kind and easy to understand

Installation was carried out without any problems.Ashley and Steff (techs) arrived on time both were polite professional and friendly. Job was explained in detail ie where holes would need to be drilled where connection boxes would be sited etc. Work areas were left clean.
I did experience a connection problem later that day (after techs. had left) I was using my own router.Customer support tried to help but unable to resolve so sending new router.However with a little research on internet I have reconfigured router to work on fibre cable, so all OK now.
Awful service - Stay clear!
Awful service, problems installing then when moving house tried to charge hundreds of pounds early exit. When checking postcode they couldn't provide service so begrudgingly let me exit. Then, didn't attempt to collect the router for over a month AFTER I'd moved out - Luckily I kept and new owner had package ready for collection - Never sent anyone to collect but hit me with a debt collection letter six months later for an outstanding balance. Don't answer emails, only care about selling the initial sign up - Do not touch with a bargepole. AVOID!
Great company
Have been wth Ogi for a year & they tried to contact me to discuss my renewal but I wasn’t able to take the call. I said I wanted to renew & asked them to call back.
They tried to call me but again I wasn’t available, I forgot to ring them back.
When my broadband was out of contract in February it went up double.
I rang them & told them I wanted to renew & queried the bill.
The agent said I’d be refunded.
Good to their word my next bill was adjusted.
I’m more than happy to stay with them. Firstly, they’re a Welsh company & you can speak to them easily.
Secondly, Ive never had any issues with my fibre broadband.
There may be better deals out there but not of them have given me the service or broadband reliability that I’ve had from Ogi!

Great experience this morning after a…great service
Great experience this morning after a quick call to discuss the renual price after my contract had ended. Megan quickly had me set up on a new contract with a discount for the duration of the new contract.

I have been with Ogi for a couple of years now. I have very few issues and when I do things get resolved quickly. No Internet connection from the early hours today, a call and a little bit of waiting and all sorted. Great service, thanks.

Totally and Utterly Useless.
I went with Ogi because it was the only full fibre provider at the time,had I known how useless the service and billing parts of the company are then I would have waited for another provider. They talk the talk but when things go wrong they are worse than useless. They are cheap for a reason. Take a day off work and lose pay then the engineer doesn't turn up..They send text to say put pets out of the way, but no engineer.!!! They say Oh we think we can fix it online when you call and complain.. It's not in our terms and conditions to compensate when OGI don't turn up and cost me a days pay but they will charge you £60 if you are not at home or there is no fault found. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs..
Friend referral not paid
Did refer a friend through link, they signed up using link which tracked through Ogi. This was back in August 2025, now March 2026 and no voucher recieved by either of us. I have emailed support twice during decemeber to chase the voucher and no response received, simply ignored.
Shocking phone service
Shocking phone service, been on hold for 30 minutes to try & find out why they have charged me after I cancelled my contract due to large price increase. Glad I moved away from OGI. Receiving much better service from new provider. highly recommend staying away from OGI

Constantly dropping in speed and…
Constantly dropping in speed and inactive broadband at peak times
I've been asked to add more information to my review to will
So for the last 5 night everyone's Internet has gone off this means the eero devices they use turn read this can go off for approximately 30-45 minutes every night and this has been happening around 6pm
I've phoned multiple times and the spoken to different advisors Rory was very good and polite but this issue still happens so they are supposed to send an engineer now to fix the problem
Looking at the reviews on trust pilot I don't know why I have been asked to rewrite my review as it's look worse now but you clearly have intention to fix the broadband and just increase everyone bills
