Bringing a full fibre network to your community takes a lot of planning, digging, cabling and installing – but, don’t worry, if we need to dig in your street, it should only take a few weeks. Once it’s in, your full fibre network is capable of being up-cycled continually, so you won’t be seeing our diggers again for a very long time, unless we need to quickly repair something.
Once it’s installed, full fibre broadband is pretty reliable. But of course things can go wrong from time to time with the network, your equipment or our services. We monitor the network 24/7, dealing with known problems straight away; so even if the Customer Care team isn’t available, our Ogi Engineers will still be busy repairing any issues we spot – hopefully before you even notice.

Been with Ogi 2 years now ,as most prr er pole no one likes the increase after year one , but no one else has super fast broadband , good speed can drop out and front like going around corners so weak upstairs,
Never had the need to ring them so can’t confirm thier service if you. Email them for some technical advice ie range extenders they never reply
So in a nutshell shell miners find good speed decent price can’t comment on service and I hope I don’t need

A guy from OpenReach knocked my door this morning threatening the cut my line as it was hanging too low over the road! I called Ogi straight way and explained the issue to a very helpful person who made some calls and came back to me with a plan of action. Only 10 mins later, three Ogi vans arrives, including a cherry-picker and within half an hour the problem was sorted and Mr OpenReach was happy. The Ogi guys explained what they had done and how the issue had occurred, checked all my connections and my line, and even insisted I tried my internet search while they were still here. So thank you to Charlie and the crew - very relieved, and very impressed!

Worst provider on the market. Poor customer service and terrible broadband too. After many complaints you just get ignored. Best thing we did was to leave them. Was hesitant of joining them and being hounded on the doorstep by them too glad to see the back of them. If you have problems broadband on a weekend all the best because you won’t get any response off them either
Like many people on here my Internet is now so unreliable that I use my 5G on the phone instead.
Its cuts out continually so rhat its impossible to use for work whether its the middle if the day or 10 at night. I was sold 1GB broadband and if I run the eero speed test it suggest I get 950mb which would be great. Except I clearly don't get that and every other speed test I run with any other (including ogis own speed test on their website) shows me getting between 10-30% of the promised speed. Couple that with the cutting out and it's unusable.
I have reported it and heard nothing. I'm really gutted as the service to install was brilliant and it promised so much but I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy now.
This has happened virtually since week 1 of the service but has got so much worse since January (it only got installed 22nd December).

One reply to my complaints. When I pointed out that their information was fundamentally incorrect and provided the evidence they haven't replied since. That was 3 weeks ago. I also wrote saying I wanted to start the 30 day notice to cancel as its useless. No reply to that.
Genuinely the worst effort ever seen. Maybe a letter to their new CEO might get more response.
Ogi has excellent customer service ,great prices ,and they are local .All installation work was done speedily and all staff have been friendly and helpful.When a problem arose it was sorted very quickly .

Starts off fine, you think you're with welsh company, and getting real fibre internet Great!, and its only £23 amazing!
Then you find out thats not really true, and they lied as its actually not real fibre internet
but you say hey "ill let it go, give them a 2nd chance" and boom your contract finishes (doesnt renew) and your bill skyrockets to £56 a month with only a email in your spam folder to inform you to phone them IMMEDIATELY to resign a new contract (which like most i didnt see till after the fact)
Not only did they charge me the £56 they also now trying to chase me up for another £56 even though I cancelled my contract with them on the phone.
which by the way they sent straight to a debt collector and didnt even try to ask me for it and havent even asked to send the router back.
Pretty sure just another greedy business whose found a way to trick old people with FAKE fibre and FLAKY contracts leaning in their own favor.
Save yourselves the trouble and go with someone who gives you REAL fibre connection's and solid contracts. Staff are lovely people just Ogi screwed us and left me and my family having to change providers over Christmas period!
I went back to Plusnet over 10yrs had no problems and just annoyed that the 1st welsh internet company is treating people this way.

It's a joke in Abergavenny we should be reimbursed for no service it cuts on and off terribly we rely on good service for my sons homeschooling so we are off to another provider ASAP

My internet worked perfectly for almost one year. Now for the last 4 days my internet cuts out several times a day.
I rang ogi they stated that they couldn’t look up my eero routers because eero hadn’t passed the information onto them and I would have to wait for that to happen which could be days.
I have sent 2 emails to say I have a fault but no one contacts you.
All I got told is my ONT shows it’s working however, my internet is definitely not working.
I even bought myself a new eero router but the same problem occurs so something is going on.
Honestly really disappointed with ogi now.

When my mum lost her internet I got through straight away on a Saturday and spoke to Rory who was kind, calm and clear helping to sort out our problem. The problem was our end and not a fault with Ogi internet. Thank you for providing a wonderful service.

Initially the Internet connection,customer care, installation was very very good. Recommended to a lot of friends and family.
Renewal quote was pretty much double for the the lower connection speed. Decided to switch provider, had a message to say that I needed to send the routers back (no problem). I never received an E-Mail with the return information until I had £80 randomly taken from my account. E-Mailed the complaints team, explained I had never received any return information to which I had one pretty much instantly. Requested a refund and was told yes no problem but will only be actioned once routers were received back and would likely be after Christmas (no problem). Took a total of 3 days between sending the routers and then having confirmation of delivery which was between 19th December 2025 and the 22nd December 2025. It is now the 22nd January 2026 and I still haven't recieved a refund.
Not good, would not recommend sadly.

I have been with Ogi for 18 months and had few issues. However lately my internet has been cutting out for hours on end multiple times a day. I spoke to customer service multiple times and all you get told is that everything is ok from their side. On Tuesday my internet cut out 4 times in 24hrs averaging 2 hours each time, then magically coming back on. Wednesday this happened about 5 times averaging same amount. They could see how many times my internet was cutting out and said it must be the router. A few in my area have same issues as me (Underwood Newport ) and they have been sent routers and problem has not been resolved. Also because internet comes back on for a few hours they refuse to send an engineer and tell you they will charge £60 if it is not theit fault. So they can see my internet cutting out numerous times, they must know others in my area have similar issues yet wont investigate problem. Also when internet does return for a few hours not every device can connect. Even consoles that have wired connection are not connecting, with message saying ISP or internet provider blocking connection. I would like to add Ogi were doing maintenance work in my area a few days before, so it is strange how suddenly we are getting these issues. I am disabled and need internet for support group, doctor, prescriptions and banking, and Ogi just dont care. I need an engineer to investigate this issue. I have raised a complaint but dont expect much. I am so dissappointed in Ogi, but thankfully Youfibre have installed fibre optic in area recently, so there are options for residents. Operator told me about penalties for cancelling contract, but if the service is not what was promised then Citizens Advice have told me they can guide me in what help with my rights as Ofcom have stated. For £47 a month this is not acceptable
