Many steps are needed when I book a flight. I found my server, Leo, to be such a tremendous help. He patiently went step by step while each time checking the facts many times to be sure he got the correct information. Any questions I asked were answered in a clear friendly style. Any special considerations I had he listened to understand them and then went ahead an added in on my ticket information. It was a pleasure all the way through. Thank you so much Leo

Derek was extremely helpful, polite, and accommodating. He quickly arranged for the seat I had requested and my issue was solved quickly and efficiently.

When I called your office I spoke with a wonderful person named Ramsey who assisted me greatly and had such patients with me while I was trying to send the photo required. My network was giving trouble and it took several goes to send the photo but Ramsey stayed with me all the time and I was so grateful to get it all sorted.
Next time I require assistance I will certainly be looking for this wonderful, patient and kind person named Ramsey

If I could give zero stars I would. I thought I was calling the Expedia customer service. They lied to me from the start of the conversation. They lied about flights, they lied about cost and what I would be charged for. When I finally received the bill they had charged me $350 over what Expedia and or Delta was charging for my other 2 tickets. The base price for the tick was the same BUT they charged $530 dollars in taxes and fees while Expedia/Delta only charged about $170 in taxes and fees and that included trip insurance. WORST TRAVEL COMPANY I have used ever.

Joey was very helpful with using my flight credit on January 2 so I could fly to see my sister for her birthday at the end of the month. The flight was booking fast and the price was rising, but Joey got me taken care of quickly and I am very happy. My husband was listening too because of speaker phone and he was impressed.

I spent almost three hours on phone with airlines and several agencies and everyone refused to assist me. I was transferred to Hannah who listened to my concerns and offered to make my changes for a fee. It was imperative that I get home tomorrow on an earlier flight and she was able to make that happen .Her patience and amazing customer service skills need to be rewarded . She was understanding and empathetic and I can’t thank her enough for her help in my time of need. Please recognize what a wonderful employee she is. Thank you Hannah!!!!!

I have a new travel agency! OrbTickets with Jessica, will be my go-to service for trips and lodging from now on! I can’t believe how helpful Jessica was! She really helped me to understand the urgency that goes with getting a good price on international flights! Once I contacted her - she kept me on target (which is no easy task) and made sure I got everything done done done. It wasn’t luck that I got to fly out and back with the wedding party, it was Jessica!! Without her help on all the phone calls, I would have missed that chance!!

Because my brother decides to get married for the third time, 23 hours away by plane through Jakarta? What?!? Jessica not only set up the trip for my brother and his 14 person entourage, but managed to get myself and my fiancé seats on the same flights a while after they booked. Getting us on to the same flights as my brother and his crew, including getting us the last pair of seats on the crux flight (the happy return) with minutes to spare! Jessica is the one to get it done!

Jessica was so pleasant with us and spent hours coordinating our wedding flight plans. It was with 12 people so there were lots of details. She got us great prices and didn't leave us until we were sure everything was finished and confirmed. Answered all our questions. Highly recommended - very friendly!
