If it wasn’t for the fact the scale does not include negative stars, this is as low as I can go.

Approximately 4 weeks ago, I paid £600 for all my kitchen applicances and BBQ to be cleaned. This felt like alot of money at the time but I was guarnteed an excellent job with professional service that would also include replacing any bulbs required with the applicance. The technicians spent a maximum of 1hr at my property and did not clean the applicances specified on the order, did not replace any bulbs and also broke the inside ceramic bowl in my Big Green Egg outdoor overn. 3-4 weeks on, my damaged external oven has not been supplied with the replacement part so remains un-usable. The free reclean of all of my appliacnes was scheduled for this morning, the technician turned up and promptly informed me he was not aware of the scope of the reclean work that was agreed and left witing 5 minutes of arriving. We were told the technician would be here by 8am, he arrived after 9am and then, as stated, left within 5 mins. Having completely disparred with the lack of competenmce and service from Ovensupport, I requedt a full refund which ‘will be raised to the Director’. The competemce of this company, terrible service, inability to cooirdinate between admin staff and mobile technicians is like nothing I have seen befiore. STAY AWAY! Next stop, trtading standards

I booked a morning visit with Oven Support on the 10th of June, for Tuesday 17th June to clean my oven. I paid £45 as a deposit.
On Monday 16th June, I was called to say my visit had been changed to the afternoon, 12 pm to 3 pm, not overly convenient but went with it. I also paid the remaining £45. On Monday evening, I had an email to say my visit was now between 12pm & 4pm. No longer convenient, I had a dentist appointment at 4.30pm that I wasn’t prepared to cancel at such short notice.
I called Oven Support on Tuesday to say this wasn’t convenient, I explained that the times had been changed. I asked for my money to be refunded. I was told as I was cancelling on the day I would lose £45. I said this wasn’t reasonable as they had changed the times, not me. The “customer care person”, wasn’t interested! She said I could rebook for next week, they had an “open diary” so I asked for the Tuesday morning slot of 24th June. I was then told that I would be contacted on Monday 23rd to confirm the visit & I was told that even though I had requested a morning visit, this may again be changed to the afternoon. I agreed to this, I didn’t really feel that I had much choice.
The following day I emailed to cancel the visit; they emailed to acknowledge the cancelled visit. I emailed them to ask for a full & immediate refund, I didn’t receive a reply, so I emailed them again on Thursday still no response to my 2nd email. I called the company on Friday & asked for accounts, I was told that it would be 28 days for a refund. When I explained that it took seconds to take both payments, to book a service that didn’t happen, I asked why it would take so long to issue a refund. The response was “ that is the system”. I told accounts that if I didn’t get a confirmation email of my refund by 5 Pm I would contact Amex for an instant refund & I would leave a poor review. Amex are looking at the situation, I sent Amex the emails for proof…. And this is my review.
I only gave a 1 star as I couldn't leave a NO star rating!
Stay away from this company, it seems that his could be their business model!

We had Connor from Halifax visit us after we moved into our new house the previous owners had left them in a right state. Connor was on time, quickly and quietly when about his work. The ovens look like new, great job Connor. They are a little bit pricey but if you want some there quickly to do a great job, I would recommend. It seems there’s a lot of mixed reviews but I though the service was excellent.

Tom called and then arrived on time and did a splendid job of cleaning my oven, hob and dishwasher. Excellent customer service skills and respected my property. Great asset to the company.
Down side was the massive amount of calls, emails and texts sent by the company I felt that I was being stalked.

Total scammer, took money for goods, never delivered and refused to issue a refund stating I would never get a refund until I return the goods I didn’t receive, and would give any proof that they even sent them.

Search for the owner Dave Reynolds and you’ll see plenty of reviews for what kind of person you’re dealing with

Terrible company, not interested in cleaning ovens just taking your money.
Their way of working is to book an oven clean that seems cheap, take your deposit then cancel it. You will never see your deposit again...

Quick enough to take my money for cleaning g my oven but zero response about my email and photos for damage to the oven, I will be emailing them every day until I get a response!!

Would never use again my advise save your money and time don’t touch with a barge pole!!!

First booking person failed to turn up and I had been asked to pay the full sum. Second booking the person had not arrived by 5pm so as he was to clean a double oven, hob and dishwasher I cancelled booking and remade a new one. On the day Patrick turned up within the allotted time. Patrick was courteous, very efficient, and helpful. He did an absolutely brilliant job of extremely dirty ovens. To him alone I would give 5 stars and have him again when needed. To the company 3 stars. I became worried they were a scam as they insisted on full sum before the job had been done. And then twice not managed to fulfil commitment approprietly

Ask the company to clean our double oven. The guy did turn up but looked terrible like he was hungover. I had to drop my wife to work and so left him to get on with the job. On my way back to the house i got a text saying he could not clean the other because of mold. The guy then just left the house. Not even waiting for me to return. So, on my return to the house, he was gone and the house unlocked. The mold was on a small amount of bread in the grill. So I told customer services what had happened and they said did I want to reschedule. No thanks. This was early December and was promised refund within 28 days. Still not happened. But I do ring everyday and speak to a range of people. I just like being nice to them and asking how their day is and ask what they would do in my situation.
I am now complaining to my credit card people to get the money back. Lets see what happens. Cost was £103. All fun

Avoid this company like the plague. Totally unprofessional, rude and ignorant.

I had an appointment booked for 6th Feb between 8am and 10am (their email from the day before stated)
Rang them on the 6th at 9 to make sure they were still coming and was informed they had changed the appointment to between 1pm - 4pm the same day without email confirmation from them..

The brummie female in customer services is probably the most ignorant person I have ever encountered in that job…

Awful company DO NOT use

Had them out for an oven clean on December 9th for a double oven. Absolutely awful. Did not clean the roof of the oven or the door seals. Cleaning pricy reside left on racks. Light bulb was discusting and the fan at the back of the oven was also not cleaned. Had the hob and extractor hood done as well but all that was done with those was baby oil smeared all over them. Was offered a date to be rectified which was Christmas Eve which was not convenient. No further date offered and now have been trying to get a refund. First I was told to send in photos which I did. Then I was told it was a Quality Control. Now I’ve been told that my refund has been requested from the accounts department yet they have not set a date for a refund even though it’s been ongoing for nearly two months. I’m being fobbed off but if I can warn others to go elsewhere then that’s what matters. Do not give them your money. My complaint is now with the Consumer Ombusdman. Also don’t believe the comments on the FB page as they hid the negative reviews and then block you.

I booked to have my oven and washing machine cleaned at the beginning of the month and the contractor cancelled half an hour before they were due to complete the clean. I am still waiting for my refund, customer service is not answering my calls and I have sent several emails. I have been promised for numerous weeks that I would receive my refund and still nothing.

On the day of the clean I waited in all afternoon but they did not show or contact me to say they were running late or can't come.
I had to contact them at the end of the day to find out they weren't coming. It is now 2 weeks later and I have not received a penny of my money back even after numerous requests by email and phone. Their customer support did not appologise or even care that I had not received the clean or been given a refund. Just told I had to wait 28 day. This is not acceptable service. I did not receive the service, not contacted and not receive money back. I've had to go through my bank to ask for a reverse bank transaction. Do NOT use this company unless you want to lose your money.

Unlike many others, I did get my oven cleaned to a satisfactory manor. However, their pushy sales guy, having to pay a 50% deposit, then the balance upfront as an insecure credit card payment was unacceptable, but I'd paid a deposit, so was over a barrel. Lastly changing the day and time without asking me was so bad practice and they didn't care or apologise. Would NEVER use again.

I really wish I had read the other reviews as company seems to have ovensupport. Co.uk and oven support Ltd before I booked. Absolute shambles! Had appt booked for today between 12-3 had a message to say running behind at 1pm then at 4.15 spoke to customer services who said they will still be attending. At 5.40pm had a message to say they wouldn't get to me as its too late for them. I wasted a day and to top it all have been told it will take up to 28 days to issue a refund.
When I booked the appointment I had a phone call trying to sell me extra products and services good job I said no as would have been even more out of pocket they can't even turn up to do the job they are booked in for so why offer extras!
Avoid at all cost! They may be slightly cheaper but it doesn't mean anything when they don't bother to show up!

Worker on time even earlier first thing.. great..cooker looks new really happy with the work done. He even fixed the oven door .. it had a screw loose.

Just had my oven cleaned, wow fantastic job, but the man who did it was a credit to the company, thanyou will definitely recommend!
