WOW! I can't actually believe this is the same oven!
Our very old oven was in a real state and I was convinced it was beyond help - but I was wrong!
The communication about the appointment was excellent and the booking team were friendly and helpful. You receive a text and email with how far away your cleaner is so you can plan your day. When he arrived the cleaner, Simon Wheeler, was punctual, polite, friendly and really quick at cleaning the oven and he did a brilliant job. It is literally sparkling. Thank you very much! I cannot recommend this service highly enough!

Oven Support - DO NOT USE
After two cancelled appointments we decided to cancel the call. Unfortunately we had already paid them £75.00 They asked us to write to them with our bank details and payment would be returned within 7-10 working days. Currently more then a month later we have heard nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY.
This is the worst oven cleaning company.
If you live in West Yorkshire I can recommend Bob's Oven Cleaning. He came yesterday Made a fantastic job of our very unclean oven - looks like new. It was only then when the job was done did he ask for payment.

Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. Booked them to clean the range when we moved in. The clean was very superficial. The floor of the oven was still filthy & greasy, there was grease and dirt left in corners and grooves on the hob and elsewhere. The storage drawer hadn’t been touched and was left very dirty. The pan supports from the hob we’re greasy. The underside of the extractor, which was part of the job, was also greasy. Have had no reply from the company after emailing them twice, with photos. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worse service ever
Paid for oven clean last August which was atrocious and I have only just got the matter resolved after taking firm to small claims court to get some form of compensation after oven was damaged and tiles on kitchen floor, rest of cleaning I paid for was not done. I would recommend NOT using this firm at all.
