Not a company you want to clean your ovens... they do not clean the top of the oven (GRILL AREA) the reason given they might damage it.... they don't clean the fan area asking requires the employee to remove the four screws to access the area....again they might damage the oven... using the same logic was surprised they dipped the wire racks cause they could damage them ...they say the clean will take 45minutes to one hour to clean ... mine took a whole 24 minutes... as two the most critical areas they don't clean...if I could give them a zero star I would...

Firstly my option would be no stars but unfortunately can't input it.i was looking to have my oven cleaned and found oven support on line.the website showed a reduction for double oven clean for £75 to £55.i decided to book on line. A deposit of £27.50 was requested and paid.The day before the cleaner was to arrive I received a call to cancel as cleaner was not available.the caller then proceeded to try and get me to take out annual cover and to buy Teflon mats all of which I refused.he then asked me if my property was a house or flat.i replied a flat at which point he said that will be £25 extra as it's a first floor flat.He then asked for further payment which brought the total to£80.Foolishly I agreed and money was taken over the phone immediately. Anew date was arranged and cleaner duly arrived.i said before you start I must tell you the grill has a fault I'm telling you so you can't be blamed after clean.He then said I can't clean top oven then can only do bottom one.i said that's a waste of time at which point he contacted his office and said a refund of £80 would be made.He then left and I received an email asking for my bank details and saying refund would be made in 28days by bacs.after a few days I sent an email to them and was told accounts had been asked to make refund.now a month later I've still not received a refund.The matter is now in the hands of my bank.DO NOT USE OVEN SUPPORT Don't make the same mistake as me I should have read the many bad reviews first.I now intend to consult trading standards as I believe this firm should not be allowed to do business.

Booked and was very impressed by the pre visit service - apparently our oven door was jammed which we understand but the cleaner didn’t even bother to clean the parts he could have cleaned but we were still charged £40 + for him to do nothing - would not recommend this company

Cancelled part of clean not refunded
Initial contact was fairly persistent and aggressive to get the business, the problem came at the time of the job where the person who came to do the clean agreed that one of the ovens I'd paid to have cleaned didn't need cleaning. He called through to the office to cancel that part of the job and told me the refund would be processed within 10-14 days. 4 weeks later and 2 emails that haven't been responded to and no refund that has appeared... I'm now out of pocket and seemingly unable to get this sorted as I can't get a response.
The clean we did get for the range cooker was satisfactory, but not the best service I've had for oven cleaning, the tradesperson also left a mess on the floor for me to clean up.
Given the after service I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had a clean in November 23 after the oven had been in storage. Seemed to a decent job however the chemical leaked the back of the oven and caused damage to a brand new floor, I didn't take pics my fault but needed to neutralize the chemical and clean it up fast.
Is taken out a monthly plan at £8.50 per month but rang and cancelled the plan! However I've tried to stop it month after month and tried to get my money back only this month after a fraudulent transaction was picked up by Santander and texts I called the bank via their website number and put through to the security dept. The payments to this fraud was refunded. I asked about the payment to oven clean as I was told it had to be the company to stop the permanent card mandate. She advised to put on a Futures Payments Block to this company and start the process of reporting it to them. I have received 5 payments so far but there are still 2 payments and a £20 payment for oven liners that either were never sent or missing however I never received them.
5 separate called I've been advised that that agent would make sure the payments were returned and payment cancelled. Not one call back, not one payment refunded! They seem to be scamming customers as this situation has been reported on socials many times.
I've advised them I've reported them to the bank. They have still tried to take A payment today obviously the card has been cancelled so they can no longer take it but they tried.
Not a happy customer at all but they don't care for the customer they just want the cash and don't want to give it back. 9 months so far and still battling them. Empty promises and empty service, AVOID THERE ARE MANY OTHERS OUT THERE WHO WILL PROVIDE A BETTER SERVICE AND SAFER FOR YOU!
Worst customer service experience ever!
OvenSupport cleaned our oven in April 2023 and accidentally caused significant damage to our kitchen floor. The mat they use to kneel on whilst cleaning the oven was wet and also covered with black oven grease/dirt which was rubbed into the wooden floor.
After admitting liability on the day and promising this would be resolved via their insurance we never heard back from them and there was a complete lack of communication from OvenSupport.
Emails were ignored and every time we called we were promised a phone call back which we never received. We sent an official complaint email to a director but we did not receive an official response back.
In December 2023, after we threatened court action, Oven Support agreed to pay an invoice if we paid out to get the section of floor replaced which we did and an invoice was submitted in 7th February 2024.
Oven Support did not settle the invoice and again stopped replying to emails. We phoned every day and was promised phone calls back which we never received.
In March 2024, after starting court action, OvenSupport settled the invoice.
Oven Support have never apologised for what happened and still charged us for the oven clean which was not great (the top of the oven was clean but left scratched).
Personally, I would avoid these like the plague!

I wish I had consulted Trustpilot before booking this company. They cancelled 3 times so I requested a refund of my deposit . My experience has been the same as others. No refund. I checked Company House there are several Oven Support entries at the same Redittch address with the same owner. Of these 2 are about to be dissolved for late presentation of accounts.I am pleased I would not agree to pay the full amount up front. Robbers!!!!!

Wish I could give a 0 as that is all this company deserves!!!! Avoid at all costs! I was unable to receive my oven clean due to being unwell at the end of December 23 and I have still not received my refund! I have been chasing for days, their staff have 0 knowledge or customer service skills but they are refusing to give me my money back! They have tried to use the ‘we can’t give refunds over a bank holiday’ but the email you get says your refund will take maximum 28 DAYS, no mention of working days! I have no escalated to a complaint but 0 response and still no refund. I’m calling my bank now to reverse the sale as this is beyond a joke and not acceptable!
There are much better local cleaners who won’t rip you off! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This company is worst class - scam! Their online calendar will tell you they have near to next day appointments and before you can even finish paying the deposit, they will be the phone trying to upsell to clean your washing machine, and dishwasher and then asking for a monthly payment for a subscription when they finish this, they'll try and sell you products you don't want until you get fed up. After taking your deposit, they will call a few hours later, tell you the appointment wasn't confirmed, and give you another date, a month away! Trying to get a refund is impossible! This company is one of the worst and most degrading companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to cleaning my cookers. I paid them the agreed-upon fees, but they failed to clean my cookers and did not refund the amount I paid, without providing any explanation. Therefore, I strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company should stay away. They are a group of dishonest individuals who deceive and mislead. This is a cowboy outfit who will keep you hanging on, never deliver the requested service and, most importantly, make it hard to get your money back. Avoid at all costs. Read the other reviews: We are not alone in our exeriences with this company (wish that we too had read the other reviews beforehand). We booked an oven, hob and extractor clean well in time for Christmas. A deposit was required up front which was paid, thankfully by credit card. We were contacted the day before the first booking to say that the cleaner was having trouble with his van and that we would be kept informed. Sure enough the cleaner didn't turn up the next day. Customer service promptly booked another slot a month later, still in time for Christmas. This time there was no warning and the cleaner didn't turn up again. Customer service sounded very apologetic but now the next slot was after Christmas. The guy promised to phone back on a Saturday to see if he could get an earlier slot. He didn't call back. By this time we had read the reviews on Trustpilot and decided to cancel our booking. Again, Customer Service sounded very apologetic, cancelled the booking and told us to wait for an email with details of how to get our money back. Alarm bells began to ring when they asked for our bank details and said that refunds could only be processed via BACS. We immediately contacted the credit card company and the transactions were refunded with the credit card company saying that they would recover the costs themselves. It was during this process that we noticed that our credit card had been charged twice by this company. Our impression is that these people broker spare time slots for genuine, independant oven cleaners and over book the slots or even book a slot when they have no one guaranteed to accept the job.

This was back in March and we have been trying to get a refund ever since. 4 phone calls, I have filled in an online form and 3 emails have been sent. I booked an oven clean a few months ago. When the cleaner left I noticed lots of scratches in my sink that weren't there before. I contacted Customer Services and was told all they use the sink for is emptying a bucket and rinsing cloths. I cleaned the sink the day before she came and there were no scratches then. I am extremely upset as I had a new kitchen fitted a year ago and use a plastic basin in the sink to wash dishes so it doesn't get scratched. The cleaner had removed the basin. I wrote a letter to their Head Office and received no reply. I have tried to move on but still feel angry at times.

Recently had my oven cleaned
Recently had my oven cleaned. When I booked the clean, the price was confusing and misleading and my card was charged without confirming the price. As a result, this led to a payment dispute. I emailed over my dispute, no reply. I called about my dispute, no reply. End of the day I paid the higher amount.
The engineer came today. Did a good job but was moody. No customer service. No friendliness. Come in, do a job and go. Overall, with the payment issues, price issues and service by engineer, I wouldn't use again. It's a shame as I was a first time customer and I have 2 overs.
2 stars as the oven was cleaned to an acceptable standard and he arrived on time. Otherwise would be 1 star. Not good value for money and customer service appalling. Also, answer your customers emails and calls.

First use of the oven, started to smoke and left white chalky residue all over my oven. Waited all day for someone to call me back and after sending photographic proof. No call back. Had to chase again.
Agreed to reclean my oven but in 5 days time. Will not offer any form of customer compensation.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I booked an oven clean for December 17th and no one turned up. When no one turned up a third time I asked for a refund. I am still waiting on my £100 refund after calling for weeks with all sorts of excuses to; everyone in the accounts department is sick to; I am a top priority and will receive a refund in days. Still waiting. I’m beginning to think the whole company is a scam. They take payment immediately upfront but months later I am still waiting for a refund. Avoid. I will be going on Twitter next. Then I will be taking legal advice.

Oven stained
Oven Support came out 6/1 to clean my double oven, whatever they used to clean the oven door with has leaked through as not properly removed onto the oven and has ended up marking it. These are new ovens only got them in October and have stains on them. I heard from oven clean once saying they will sort the matter out but since I emailed them have not heard anything. It's totally unacceptable.
