Received a quick call back after making contact about the issue. This concerned MS Outlook no longer functioning. The telephone advice provided was clear and practical and followed up with an email setting out the steps required to alleviate the issue which solved the problem. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

After a horrible and costly experience with a shop that sold me two broken laptops, I was very wary of contacting someone else.
But I had to get things fixed so I contacted Hefin. He was amazing in his knowledge of how to mend my broken pc, was very professional yet with a lovely personality which made me feel comfortable.
I am very happy that I used his company and would not hesitate to recommend him to everyone who has had a bad computer experience or needs one fixing. Thank you Hefin for saving me from a lot of stress.

When my HP laptop inexplicably 'failed' I was confident in Hefin Harries' expertise and experience to take the time and trouble to establish that it was beyond repair.
Hefin then sourced a new replacement HP laptop and not only set me up 'as before' - he added new links and programs I wasn't aware of, including to my tablet and smartphone. Such pro-active service support is aways to be appreciated to a basic lay user.

An immediate telephone response & outsource fix to my scamming problem. Hefin of PC ResQ is a very helpful, friendly and professional expert.
He regained control from the scammer, resetting the password and secured the account with a 2-Factor Authentification. Added the account to my outlook app on the mobile and i-Pad.

Hefin gave fast efficient service nothing was too difficult all my many problems with my iMac were quickly sorted out and it works now better than ever including the Vuescan for the printer
