WATCH THE SHORT DATES ON FLEA DROPS!!
Products arrived fairly promptly, however watch the dates on EFFIPRO, as the dates are up in APRIL 27, which is absolute rubbish if you have bulk ordered like I did... Advantage date from same company is 03/2031. I guess you get what you pay for!!!

Prompt delivery of medicine. Excellent service as they hold the prescription for 6 months so you can order more meds up to amount specified on the prescription.

I ordered 24 tins of Hills ZD food 24 tins Purina Gastro intestinal cat food and Hills XD cat treats. My order came with the Purina missing and 6 packets of purina hypoallergenic dog food. Over the followin two weeks all the company was interested in was getting back their dog treats, not in sending my missing Purina cat food. After many emails i finally phoned them and it was FINALLY resolved. Luckily i keep a good stock otherwise my cat would have been hungry and i would have been well out of pocket.

Excellent Service
Staff are always so friendly & treat you like you are someone they know.
Service is always extremely quick, insulin generally arrives 24 to 48 hours after ordering.
The only thing I'm not overly happy with is, insulin was always delivered by courier, now it comes with Royal Mail & the insulin box is really badly squashed & the gel packs are two thirds defrosted.
