I purchased a Polti steamer from a company that unfortunately has gone bust. I have a problem with the steamer head, so called Polti for help with this matter. It’s the first time in a long while that a customer service dept was so pleasant, prompt and professional. Well done Daniel for your professionalism and help with this matter.

Customer service was impeccable! Daniel dealt with my enquiry efficiently.
A new iron was received within days.

Was super impressed with level of Customer Service in resolving my warranty claim very quickly and efficiently.

This is the second Polti purchased in two years. Very disappointed at first with the Customer Service. The Customer service has been much better they have taken the time to look at the issue, which is now sorted. The delivery was super speedy. Very happy with my product now.

The Vaporetto Polti .This cleaner functions very well. Shame it is let down by its shoddy components. Parts of the cleaning head cannot withstand the heat from the steam. Some parts warped out of shape causing leaks and some simply perished rendering the tool useless. Actually replaced the head tool twice, with the same result!!! Such a pity the designer never tested the components! Have to look for an alternative, D.G.F.

Floor Steamer - I purchased a floor steamer from Crampton and Moore. The box was damaged so it was at a good price. The steamer did not last and within 2 years was not working (previous steamer not a Polti lasted around 8-10 years). The machine was used once a month so not even 20 times. Because I had bought one with a damaged box I did not qualify for a 2 year warranty. I have not used any accessories it is immaculate but not working. I will never buy another Polti product.

It was great to have a problem discussed with a person rather than an anonymous platform. Sonia was clear in her communications and readily resolved my complaint.

Beware of this company! Ordered this iron online a year ago, twice it was never received and was not refunded. Long dispute with them Polti . Apparently it was straight from their own warehouse as well. terrible customer service and terrible couriers.You say you left it with the concierge well I didn’t give my consent to do so and if so I wasn’t informed you did. Also what happened the second time you so called delivered to an alternative Address I gave you ? Your couriers are definitely up to something.

My iron handle has broken at 10 months, contacted Polti to see what the system was. This is proving to be a drawn out and tedious process as I am being drip fed information. Just tell the consumer all the information that you require up front. Having had Polti steam generator irons since 1990, I do not feel like a valued customer, and I’m fed up of having to jump all these hurdles.

Outstanding customer service. My emailed query was answered promptly and in a friendly manner. The steamer worked well too!!

I have, twice in the recent past, had reason to contact the Polti customer service team. Experience in doing so with other companies always begins with a strong sense of foreboding. It, however, came as a very pleasant surprise in that on each occasion we made contact both my partner and I received timeous, courteous, and empathetic responses. I would purchase another “Polti” simply on the basis of the wonderful customer care on offer. If I could award 6* I would.

! had a problem with Polti Steam Cleaner purchased via Amazon.. I rang Polti direct at Salford ..got straight through to them!!!!!! Absolutely love my Polti Vaporetto, so easy to use, had a small issue with a part so contacted customer services who resolved the issue immediately. Excellent service.

Purchased a vacuum cleaner that needed a repair. The customer service at Polti is excellent, they are efficient and very prompt. They dealt with my request professionally and made everything easy. Excellent and thank you :)

I emailed to complain of a cracked water dispenser just 2/3 months after purchasing the steam cleaner. I received a reply within one hour to say a new unit would be sent out to me within a few days

I broke the wand of my steam cleaner being clumsy I contact customer support, phone was answered within a few rings by a lovely girl called Olivia, she asked me to email some details and within minutes she advised a replacement was on route at no cost, she was so helpful.
Full marks to Polti on this proper and personal customer service. Would highly recommend.
