We visited Bold Street Beds and our salesman Mark was very helpful. We chose a King size Sealy Elevate Blake Mattress and once confirmed it could be All taken up our narrow stair case we confirmed the order. The delivery team in the space of about 12 minutes placed the new mattress on the bed and removed the old one for recycling. All in all we were extremely pleased with whole process and although we visited other outlets none came up to your high standard. Thank you for your excellent service. Tony and Barbara Stevenson.

Every contact I had was very…thank you all at every step
Every contact I had was very professional and accommodating. I had 2 phone calls on day of order one to confirm the order was correct and a second to let me know payment had been taken and that I was happy. The 2 gentleman that delivered my bed and mattress were very polite, professional and respectful of my home. They checked what needed to be taken away and that the new product’s were where I wanted them. I have had 2 follow up emails not pressuring me to give feedback or right review’s but to check on my experience and that I had everything I wanted and had paid for. I would definitely recommend and had the best nights sleep I have had in 3 weeks only measurable as I have been a fitness watch. Couldn’t be happier. Sorry for any spelling or grammar mistakes I’m dyslexic and am done with being corrected.
