Tee was super helpful!
Tee was super helpful throughout my sign-up experience and answered any questions I had. He was really friendly and happy to help however he could. Straightforward sign-up process, quick and easy to do (and Tee was on hand when I had a question about this too!). He even threw me a birthday gift into the deal as I was communicating with him about signing up on my birthday which was a lovely touch! Very easy to contact via phone and by email and super quick responses. I am looking forward to getting started on the training. Thanks again to Tee and PT Academy.

Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience. Do NOT trust this company! Save your money and go elsewhere.
I enrolled expecting to be taught and supported by a professional tutor. Instead, I was assigned someone who, throughout my enrolment, never once checked in with me, offered guidance or showed any interest in my progress. For someone calling himself a "mentor", there was absolutely no mentoring.
The first time I contacted him was simply to ask legitimate questions about workbook issues, conflicting unit references and assessment feedback. Rather than answering my questions, he ignored several of them completely and responded with dismissive, rude and confrontational emails. At one point I was told, "I don't waste time with people like that." I have never experienced anything like it from someone whose job is to support learners.
To make matters worse, one of my assessment questions was marked incorrectly. After checking the official PT Academy study material, it was clear that my answer was consistent with the course content. Instead of acknowledging the issue or explaining the marking, my tutor simply dismissed my query. How are students supposed to learn when legitimate academic questions are met with arrogance rather than explanation?
After this interaction, I completely lost confidence in PT Academy. If this is the standard they expect from their tutors, I wanted nothing more to do with the company.
I submitted a formal complaint and requested to withdraw from the course. PT Academy promised updates "within the week", then went silent. I spent weeks chasing them for responses while they continued to leave the matter unresolved. Communication throughout the complaints process was just as poor as it had been with my tutor.
Eventually they agreed to cancel my membership, but I did not receive a penny back, despite withdrawing because of the way I had been treated.
The whole experience left me feeling that once they have your money, the quality of support is an afterthought. Between the unprofessional tutor, the poor complaint handling, the weeks of silence and the lack of any financial resolution, I cannot recommend PT Academy to anyone.
There are plenty of other providers offering exactly the same qualification. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest choosing one of them instead.

I completed my Gym Instructor course with Sofia, and I can confidently say that she was friendly, approachable, and highly professional throughout. What a journey
My journey started in April with a phone call to Jordon he was simply amazing, felt like we were long time friends within 2 minutes. I’ve been in contact with Sofia my Mentor and she has been fantastic with replying to my messages and instructing me on what to do. Today I met Sofia for my level 2 practical assessment and she is even better in person. She was so friendly and nice and I was very nervous but she made me feel at ease, comfortable and welcomed. She has a lot of experience and fantastic gym knowledge. So far I am loving my PT journey and looking forward to completing it soon.
