Customer Service - Tee Isaac
When I tell you, Tee gave THE BEST customer service he truly deserves a raise!! He was just so pleasant! He was extremely helpful with suggestions of what course bundle I should enrol onto and very understanding of what will be most affordable/appropriate for me. Tee was also very informative about how far I could actually take this PT career path. Lastly, he is absolutely hilarious which made me feel familiar on the phone with him, truly just amazing! PTA Contract and Debt Management Resolution
PTA
After signing up on 020222 I was shortly diagnosed with a life threatening illness
My communication with PTA from 040122 was paper thin as I was unable to communicate or navigate or negotiate a solution to signing up to PTA with the severity of my illness and condition
Fortunately from 010125 onwards I was on a road to recovery for full health and was able to contact the owner directly via Instagram
He’s contact conversation and solution was complex yet brilliant as my account had default and was forwarded to a debt collection agency
The contact and support from that point was unique and tailored where there was understanding and mutual respect to resolve the issue
The owner Adam Kiani supported and resolved the issue to my satisfaction and was very honest and direct
I am grateful for the communication and understanding and it helped alleviate chronic stress and illness at that time

I am now able to attend gym again as I recover

Jordan was extremely helpful
Was on the phone with Jordan and he was very informative and helped guide me to a decision i was happy with. PT academy is very accommodating when it comes to payment plans and compared to all the other PT courses I've seen, they also provide a lot more value for the same price. Would definitely recommend anyone considering buying a PT course to at least call in since you'll definitely be taken care of and given a guidance to help make an informed decision.

My missus enquired with PT Academy 6…
My missus enquired with PT Academy 6 years ago. We didn't go ahead with their services, and today we received a letter claiming we owe them £10,000 and threatening to take us to court if we don't pay. To confirm, we did not use their services, took nothing from them, and received no correspondence from them in all this time, only for them to pop up out of the blue trying to get money from us. Currently talking to the ombudsman to see what actions we can take against these opportunistic scam merchants. Avoid these scumbags.

Personal Trainer course review
I signed up for the Personal Trainer course level 3 just before Christmas 2025 and I qualified in March of 2026.
There was some initial confusion with the course work notes and that was amplified by my original tutor leaving PT Academy around January of 2026. Despite this I was assigned a new tutor by the name of Sam Deeley promptly and from then on my experience was brilliant.
Sam was extremely good and nothing was too much trouble, he responded to all my queries promptly and helped me through the workbook confusion that I had at the start. I would recommend anyone going into the fitness industry to study with PT Academy.

Why am I being ignored??
So so so disappointed with PT Academy I have been doing my level 2 & 3 for 1 year and sent off my level 3 for moderation 5 weeks ago and got told it will take 2 weeks, so I had to go out of my way and called up two days ago and the lady said well done you have passed and will receive and email today with everything you need etc, two days go by and called up today and they said our team will 100% send it out today! It’s now 8pm and received nothing! Now I have to wait till Monday because it’s Friday, I have sent so many emails and no one cares, I’ve paid in full and this is how I’m getting treated, the worst part is if I receive the email like they said they would I would be happy! Lazy team causing issues for no reason, if this get sorted and I get heard I will remove this review

What A Journey
My mentor, Mikey, was fantastic!
He was consistently supportive and incredibly knowledgeable throughout our time together.
He always made himself available to discuss the areas I was struggling with, turning challenges into great learning opportunities.
