Very good product and helpful company
Very good and helpful company - even to the point of delaying the delivery date to suit my needs. And once I got the hang of it the racking was easy to assemble. It's a very clever (but simple) and affordable product - perfect for making some 'logicality' in storing things in our shed!

Delivered on time but some minor Quality issues
The Products were delivered the next day and were suitable packaged and in good order. All the pieces were there and the general condition was of a good standard.
My only issue was that the low level units were of a far superior quality and went together easier in relation to the connection points than the tall ones which were more time consuming, and I have to do the connections over and over due to the tag not going in the correct position.
The shelving again was superior in the low level units and of a more robust Quality
Overall pleased with the outcome and will order again in the other garages.

Poor packaging!
I am afraid that the box in which the product was shipped had split open and was most unsatisfactory because the wooden shelving was exposed to the elements!

Order in plenty of time
The product is good and easy to use but I would suggest that if purchasing a corner unit don’t start with the corner when building up start with the ends it will be a better experience
I purchased a corner unit expecting 2 day delivery I ordered it Thursday about 3 pm expecting it Friday or Saturday but it did not arrive whilst Monday which was extremely frustrating after waiting in all day Saturday
The tracking app did not provide any information and was not easy to use
On opening there was an extra shelve in with the corner unit as one was lightly scratched but still perfectly functional but no end caps in one of the straight units I just left the top ones off so that wasn’t a problem
When I spoke to the sales team about the delivery I was told it meant 2 working days
I couldn’t find it saying that the couriers didn’t work weekends and I asked the delivery guy he said they do
Very frustrating as I had planned things around having them to build up at the weekend
Overall I would buy again but I would order earlier and not make any plans until they arrive
