I cannot criticise the product or…
I cannot criticise the product or customer service. The product is 1st class and when I spoke with customer service, I was treated really well with no messing about, thank you.
My criticism comes from the service by the logistics company used. My first order split the load and ultimately it was nearly a week before my overnight delivery was delivered.
My second order turned up after two days and on looking in the back of the truck, one of the boxes had split spilling the horizontal orange components in the back of the truck. On assembly I found two of the blue upright sections had been damaged, presumably from being dropped or falling which caused me to knock back into line with the aid of a hammer.
Sorry to moan but the logistics makes a difference.

I received my order on the 12th of May, but one of the boxes was torn open. I checked the contents and 1 item was missing.
I telephoned your office and spoke to a very nice lady, who rectified the issue and the replacement part promotly arrived within 36 hours.
