Very good listener and a good assistant

The process is smooth & straight forward! Service is excellent!

Received an SMS regarding my delivery. Told me my delivery will be made today and never arrived when phoning them they told me Rain never send my parcel to CCD couriers. When talking to Rain they told me CCD received my order . After talking to CCD again they told me they did not have the skin that I ordered. This is costing me Money and time of work. I have never received service like this in my life. Think twice before calling them aswell because they will hang up the phone while talking to them

Signing up was quick and stress-free. No contract and free delivery is such a vibe. I ordered the 5G Home and the process was smooth from start to finish. Excited to get it connected!

RAIN internet useless
Ive had rain for a few years without problems then it started! I sent in my first connection problem on the 2nd July regarding my NO signal saying its been 2 days already. Eventually they sent a new router which had not solved the problem. We on 3rd August now. I call them every day as I pay for a service I need. No follows up to see if problem solved. The answers you get every day about the No signal is circling around from towers to router to an urgent logged email to their technicians and still no signal. But end of month they deduct the full amount for no service! Doesn't help to email them because when you do call and tell them you sent a email, they only then go look for it. Im highly disgusted with this. If they cant handle more customers on their lines, dont take more!!! The only response you get there is a "sorry for the inconvenience, we will sort it out" just to repeat everything the next day.

There is nothing to be constructive about Rain they just get worse every year I pay top money for a completely useless service!!!!!

Not happy with the service
recently i was having issues with network and trust robot created a ticket, there wasn't any follow up. I called the urgency number to cancel my 101 and take the loop, a call was made but no follow up the following morning( 1st day i spoke with Nolene 2nd day i spoke to Tina) this was Tuesday 28th July. I wanted this arrangement to be fast so that by Friday 31st i would recieve another router (loop). Thursday 30th of July i spoke to a sales person named Catherine and i purchased and she promised to make an arrangement friday for delivery but she never did even made a follow up on the issue.

Great service when signing up, but terrible follow-up when you're experiencing issues. I had to go to social media to get help. The customer service transfers you mid-conversation, and then there are people with different accents.

The agent was ever helpful and polite ✌🏾
