Would be no stars if it was possible. These people are thieves. If you want to return an item it has to be sent to China at the customer's expense which isn't cheap. This is in spite of the fact that items are despatched to the customer from a UK address. The customs people in China have delayed delivery of my item for weeks now and I don't see delivery or a refund ever coming through.

One of the worst online shops i have come across in my life . The products are sub standard to say the least, not from Europe but china….. you have to pay for the return postage and then slapped with a Chinese import duty enen thought you are returning goods originally from the country.customer service is shocking….. never got my refund and now emails bounce back …AVOID

I rated 1 for the malicious individuals who wrote organised devilish reviews on this Trustpilot page. Randimomode doesn't even exist and is never connected to Randromet Retail Services. This is a very malicious move by some individuals who may have used fake names to write malicious review against the Randromet brand. This is definitely aimed at deceiving customers and deterring them from shopping from Randromet. These people are not Randromet customers, they may be sore-eyes competitors who resorted to blackmailing as a way of gaining competitive edge. Trustpilot need to take action on this falsified reviews as it is against their policy.

Do not use this company,the item turned up late and faulty,ask for a refund,they don't want to take it back and are trying to get me to keep it, they are trying to get me to pay for the return,AVOID at all costs!

They are worst company ever. On their website they claim free returns within30 days but in fact it’s fraud on the main page. The moment you want to return they offer 10 percent and ask you to keep th reproductive even if you don’t need it . They are not Based in uk you need to ship to China.

Ordered a jumper. Arrived. Nothing like picture on website. Had a hole in it. No label at neck. Wrong colour. Was assured having sent images of fault and garment of a replacement being sent immediately from their 'warehouse' and not to bother returning the item received. Freddie in customer services always responds politely but as of 3rd October 2025 nothing received and no refund provided. Avoid this company. Avoid like the plague.

If it’s too good to be true it usually is. Was taking a risk but what arrived bears no resemblance to the picture, not one iota of cashmere. I knew it wouldn’t be all that great but this is total cheap rubbish and not worth even the price I paid. Totally synthetic and feels like plastic. I checked before I ordered and there was a Uk return address but reading these reviews I see I will probably get directed to China. Scam really

Product advertised as a winter coat. It had no lining and was not fit for purpose. The website is conflicting as it offers free returns but there is also another section that states customer must pay for returns - which is a warehouse in China. The best refund offer is 30%.
Unimpressed. Verging on a scam in my opinion as Randimo Mode will still be in profit and I’m at a loss.

Absolute pile of low quality rubbish that arrived and nothing like in the photos on the website. Totally misleading at best and an utter scam at worst. A size small jumper could have comfortably accommodated a family of 4 with room to spare, it was that big. And the quality just shocking. No possibility to return without paying exorbitant return fees to China. Not made clear from website that goods ship from China. You contact them to try and return the goods and they bargain you with a discount which you eventually agree to, to try and recover some of your losses. However 20 days after reluctantly agreeing to a 20% refund in return for keeping the goods and despite them telling me my refund had been processed and should be received within 3-5 days I am still waiting. I won’t hold my breath and will chalk this up to experience but beware this is clearly a drop shipping site. What you order is not what you will get!! Avoid at all costs.

Awful products, cheap Chinese stuff. Then when you want a refund will try to negotiate with a partial refund upto 30% and then when you request return details for a full refund provide a bogus address in China where the return never reaches. Steer well clear.

Very poor customer service. You have to email to request return and offer you 15% refund to keep an item that is no use to me. Struggling to send item back

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING FROM THIS RETAILER. THE GARMENTS I RECEIVED WERE OF EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY—ILL-FITTING, CHEAP MATERIAL, AND NOT THE COTTON ADVERTISED. I RETURNED THE ENTIRE ORDER TO CHINA AT MY OWN EXPENSE (£38) IN AN ATTEMPT TO OBTAIN A REFUND OF £140.

ONLY AFTER SHIPPING THE ITEMS BACK WAS I INFORMED THAT I MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL £35 CUSTOMS FEE OR THE GOODS WOULD BE DESTROYED AT THE BORDER. AT NO STAGE DURING THE PURCHASE PROCESS WAS IT DISCLOSED THAT:
• THE PRODUCTS ARE SHIPPED FROM CHINA,
• THE CUSTOMER BEARS ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, OR
• CUSTOMS DUTIES MAY APPLY ON RETURNS.

THIS LACK OF TRANSPARENCY AND MISLEADING PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DEMONSTRATE A BUSINESS MODEL THAT, IN MY VIEW, BORDERS ON DECEPTIVE PRACTICE. SHOPPERS SHOULD EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION AND LEAVE AS MANY BAD REVIEWS AS POSSIBLE. HOW THEY VAN STILL BE TRADING IS BEYOND ME.

This is a drop shipping site, the products arrived they are absolutely not as described, the quality is terrible. Avoid

I feel completely scammed by this company. It’s a Chinese drop-shipping operation sending cheap rubbish straight from China.

The product I received was nothing like the photos – poor quality, wrong fabric, wrong colour, and absolutely not what was advertised.

Their so-called “return policy” is a joke. On their website it promises return labels and refunds, but in reality they twist their own rules, push partial refunds (10%, 20%, 30%) to make you give up, and then demand you pay huge shipping costs back to China. It’s designed to trap customers so you can’t get your money back.

This is not a genuine business. It’s a scam setup hiding behind a fake brand image. Customer support is just copy-paste excuses to stall you until you stop chasing them.

I regret ordering from them and I strongly warn anyone reading this: stay away. Don’t waste your money – you’ll only end up angry and disappointed.

Do not purchase from this company. The sizes are not accurate and they do not offer returns as advertised.

I would like to validate other reviews! AVOID AVOID AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY, THE CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND RUBBISH, THEY LIE ABOUT THE RETURNS POLICY AND DELIVERY TIMES. THEY FOB YOU OFF WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN AND YOU MUST NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL!

Sent wrong size and NO refund so far
bought 2 jumpers, medium size and one of them must be XL I requested a refund or to send me a medium size, still waiting a reply, first they offered a discount and I could keep the XL jumper, I don't want the product, it's too big and it's their mistake! I want my money back on one of the jumpers or a new one size Medium!

The website is so easy to use. I found what I wanted quickly, and the checkout process was a breeze.

Avoid buying anything from the fraudulent business at all costs. The items turned up late, poor quality and shocking packaging (looked second hand).

When I tried to return the products they kept offering discounts for me to keep the products. I refused as I have no use for them and the postage cost me £25 to return to China. They then emailed me to say the product is stuck in Customs and needs me to pay a further £20 and fill out some forms. I’ve still not received my refund and the process has taken 2 months and counting.

This company is a joke and please avoid at all costs. They shouldn’t be allowed to sell in the UK, it’s basically fraud. AVOID!!!
