I would give this company zero stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Item sent looked nothing like the item on the website, sizing is a joke!! Website states free returns but when you try to return they offer you another product which they expect you to pay for or a 15% discount and give the item to a friend or charity. They are not based in the Netherlands this is a drop shipping company run by kids trying to make a quick buck selling extremely poor quality clothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

DO NOT BUY! Poor quality and deceptive company operating out of China. Ordered a pair of loafers for £34.99. Received a poor quality plimsoles not worth £14.99. At first they forgot my first-time customer discount which came after I placed the order. When I pointed this out in email communication (only way you can contact them), I was informed I will receive the 15% when I place another order.

Their website states FREE RETURNS but when when you request this they start to fob you off with a gesture of goodwill and just pass the item to a friend if you don't want it or worse, GIVE IT TO CHARITY! They'll do everything to avoid keeping their promise. Here is an excerpt of that response:

As a gesture of goodwill — and to save you the time and inconvenience of returning the item — we’d be happy to offer you a partial refund of 20% to your original payment method. You’re welcome to keep the item, and if it’s not suitable for your needs, perhaps consider sharing it with a friend or donating it to a local charity or shelter where it could be put to good use.

I have opened a dispute with PayPal.

Lesson learnt: Check the company first no matter how excited you are to purchase the item. If they are not UK based, don't have a phone number (call them if so), DO NOT PLACE ORDER.

Very cheap clothing from China. When you try to return an item it's very expensive. They will also offer a partial refund to keep the item and then never honour that agreement. Absolutely dreadful. I wish I had read these reviews first and saved my money

DO NOT BUY! Items are of very poor quality from factories in China. Refund and returns policy is a joke and totally misleading. They will not offer you a refund and will try their best to fob you off with a measly 15% partial refund. They claim that their factory is in China and returns need to be made directly to them.

Customer service are condescending and keep on ignoring basic requests.

The cashmere quarter zip ordered was synthetic and not of good quality.
Avoid like the plague. Having now read the reviews I shan't bother trying to return the item.

A very, very poor experience. Ordered from the UK, product described as cashmere quarter-zipper (2 items over £50), yet once received, the product was nothing like the photo (on a person, it looks like a piece from sports attire, not for formal wear) and was made of synthetic material. Stitching dubious. When asked for a refund because the product does not meet the description and looks, I was offered a 10-15% refund. It was also suggested that returning to the China warehouse would be expensive. I am shocked and very dissatisfied with the product, and I will be contacting the UK Trading Standards.

Shocking. Based in China, not Europe as the website would have you believe. Accepts returns but what they don't say is that you'll have to post this back to China, which cost £26 for a £46 jacket. It then proceeded to get stuck in customs for two weeks (and counting) and they haven't supplied customs with the information needed. Strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

I will say communication is good. But the product I ordered with there description is misleading. I ordered a cashmere jumper, not cashmere by any means.
Return policy is a joke, the maximum you will get is 30% of total cost. UK tracking parcel to China by Royal Mail is very high £21 one small item.

This is a scam website that sends you item which look nothing like what is advertised - they charge you for returning to CHINA in order to just keep your money

I ordered a coat advertised as a luxury wool item from this company, which lists its address in the Netherlands. What I received was far from what was described:

No care label or fabric composition tag — only a small label at the neck.

Sizing completely off (I ordered L, but it was still short in length and sleeve).

Arrived in a thin plastic bag, nothing like a quality “luxury” purchase.

The website gives the impression that this is an EU-based business, but when I requested a return, I was told it must be sent to China, with return shipping entirely at my expense. Nowhere on the site is this stated before purchase.

When I raised these points, I was offered a 30% refund to keep the coat — which I reluctantly accepted, as returning to China would cost more than the item itself.

In my experience, this company operates with misleading marketing and poor product quality. Buyers beware — read the fine print (if you can find it) before you purchase.

This company delivered well, but the product was not as described an was unsuitable. When I contacted them for instructions on returning the item it was suggested that I should keep it for a 20% refund. I declined and as instructed returned the item to their CHINESE based warehouse, This took weeks and was further complicated by a payment of customs fees requested.
Since then the company very politely has to me that the goods were received in their warehouse, awaiting checking, then that they had not been received and that I needed to provide extra proof of delivery to them. I could not decipher the Chinese language delivery website used as a partner by the Post Office.
Despite showing them again their email saying the goods have been received they constantly say they are looking into the matter but have still not returned my money more than 3 months later.
I do not recommend using this company if you have any concerns about the suitability of their products

Item supplied was too large - company making it very difficult to return. They have provided some options but none of them are really suitable as they either require more money from me or partial refunds (20%) if I keep the good and, for example, "donate to charity". Alternatively, it's a return to China

Over an above this, the goods are very cheaply made and not actually that inexpensive (I paid only £5 more at Next for a similar styled jacket that was of vastly superior quality.

I wouldn't buy from them again.

Bought a size medium dress that was definitely not size medium. Sent numerous emails asking for a refund as their website stated free 30 day returns. They initially offered a 20 percent refund and I could keep the item or pay an extra £20 and get a larger size. When I stated I just wanted a refund they sent me the address to send back to china where I would have to pay £20 plus to return. When you try and phone the number provided it disconnects automatically.

DO NOT USE.

Awful experience buying a suit that did not fit. Was then told him needed to pay to ship to China (at cost) and then told I needed to pay additional customs charges and did not have my refund returned.

Re order ,I had checked my bank and nothing had gone out (this is actually because it doesn’t show instantly) I re ordered the boots and ended up with two pairs as the first order had actually gone through so I’d been charged twice ,when I asked to return the order extra pair I obviously didn’t need they refused and said they could only give me a gift voucher ! Terrible company ,avoid at all costs!

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Advertising and Poor Quality

I ordered a pair of slip-on shoes that were advertised as premium suede leather and marketed as a high-quality product from the Netherlands. What I received was nothing close to what was advertised.

The shoes are flimsy, poorly made, and definitely not suede or premium leather. The finishing is terrible — uneven stitching, cheap materials, and they look like something you’d find at a market stall for a fraction of the price.

To make matters worse, although the company presents itself as being based in the Netherlands, the shoes were actually manufactured and shipped from China, and appear to be a low-quality knockoff.

This was a completely misleading purchase. I would highly recommend not buying anything from this website. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Do not buy from this company. It took 3 weeks to arrive. Then when the coat arrives it was too small and poor quality. I then emailed them to arrange a return, to which they offered a 10% refund if I kept the coat. Eventually, they reluctantly let me have a full refund if I payed for the return. It cost me £25 to send the coat back to China. I have chased up my refund after 3 weeks, and they are now telling me it is stuck at customs in China and will now have to pay another £15.

Update from April 2025.
I was finally given a return address, cost £20 to return.
Parcel was returned to me this week with incorrect address!!!! There is no way anyone is ever going to get a refund from this co.

I would give no stars if I could the service is shocking
I wanted to return as looked nothing like the picture
I was fist sent an email from them saying they can give me a 15% discount to keep the item which is said I didn't like
Then they can back with. 20% discount and I keep the dress and give it to a friend or charity
They hav said there is now a cost to return and I was under the impression it was UK the address to return is China
I would not touch them with a barge pole the company is not genuine they even suggested I take a couple of days to get used to liking the dress
Please do not waste your Money
The guy who kept emailing was Freddie which I don't think was even him as he seemed to be working all shifts
Totally annoying I gave the 38.99 for nothing
