Hopeless customer service and not at all helpful. They give the impression they are operating in the UK but the order was fulfilled from China, not very good quality and when I wanted to effect a return they became difficult. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered sandals, changed my mind wanted to return them loravelle didn't send any instructions to return them. Offered me a10% partial refund. Credit card company taking over this sham.

Before shipping, the team quickly corrected my order after I realized I had chosen the incorrect color.

Bought "leather" boots of this site, not leather, and not what was pictured on the product page. Mucked me around when I tried to organise refund. Also definitely not located where they say they are. Don't buy from this site.

Lies after lies very untrustworthy business

Item arrived 20 days after ordered and when I contacted them in regards to returning it for a full refund they mentioned I would have to send it to an address in China and I would cover all shipping fees, me ordering from the UK would make this an expensive return. The company only said they would offer 30% of my total refunded which is nothing as I needed the items for an event and got it 10 days after the event was over.

Do not believe the POSITIVE REVIEWS. They are probably written by robots or people associated with the company. The product I was hoping to receive was not as it was described on their website. They actually offer you the chance of sending them more money to receive another item and you can keep the one they sent. ( saids a lot about the quality of the items) please please throw your money down the drain or give it to charity rather than waste it on anything on this website. I am still waiting to hear back from them about a refund.

Even at 82 I can still learn a thing or two, and what I have learned from dealing with this unscrupulous company is ”Read the Trust Pilot first”, before you part with any money.
Their returns policy is a joke! I bought a pair of what is laughingly described as “Othopedic”sandals, they were so cheap and tawdry I couldn’t believe they had cost me £50.00. They were too small so I asked for a label so I could return them...as stated in their returns policy. Oh no not that simple.
If I wanted a full refund I had to return them to China, at a cost of around £20.00 and pay for any other costs involved. WHAT?. But, and here is the sting...they would offer me a partial refund to save me the trouble of a costly return. I asked time and time again to show me where in the returns policy it stated that I had to send the goods back to China...nothing.
After 16 emails with Donna the AI Doughnut...I had no choice but to agree to a 30% refund. £15.00 back out of the £50.00 spent, and I could keep the goods or offer them to a charity of my choice. Well I just hope that whoever thought up this scam sleeps easy in their beds at night.... or do I? Maybe I just wish all the horrors of hell visit them when they shut their eyes. Goodnight sleep tight.

I ordered a jacket with the understanding I could get a 100% refund ofthe item was unsuitable.
The colour was not as it looked in the picture even tho the quality was good. I was offered an exchange for an extra £19.95 and told to keep the item or a 15% refund and keep the item which is no use to me.
Anyway I won't order anything again.
Lesson learnt

The jacket is not made from cashmere as described, but from polyester. It took 15 day for it to be shipped from China.

I could tell the coat was well-made as soon as I opened the box. Every button and seam was carefully positioned.

I can't take my eyes off of this sweater made of merino wool. It somehow manages to be both warm and lightweight while feeling like a cloud. Complete victory.

Absolutely fake and really cheap goods with no labels on them, and they won't refund you . They say that they accept returns but they would not give return addresses and won't refund your money. Don't be fooled! Stay away!

Bought a navy cotton sweater from this mob. What arrived was nothing like the picture or description - light blue sweatshirt type material( not cotton) with no cuffs, collar or base detail like in the picture - straight in the bin. Don't waste your time

DO NOT Buy from them, all returns need to go back to China! (Which is so expensive)this is not where the company is listed on the website. I bought a pair of luxury orthopedic sandals, they were cheap, badly made and too uncomfortable to wear! When I contacted customers services, they suggested I tried them on my dog?? Offered me £5 refund and I take them to a charity shop! I am now left out of pocket of £36.00!!

Shoes arrived after two weeks, quality was cheap plastic. I contacted them to return the item. They first offered £5 refund, then £6 refund. I told them that I did not want the shoes that cost me £35. I was eventually given a returns address, the cost of postage was £20.70! The guy at post office said this is a big Chinese scam. They send poor quality goods that most people don’t bother returning them because of postage costs. BEWARE

Had an absolutely nightmare with Randimo Mode. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I am now £100 down. The sandals that actually did turn up were a size 3 and i ordered size 5.5. Then trying to return them has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Cost me £26 to send them back track1st off all they tried to off me a percentage back off purchase. This went on for a couple off weeks befor they actually agreed to take them back.Now there stuck in Customs and they want another £23.00 to release them back to seller.

Rip off company . Do not buy from them.

Wow, what can I say - the product looked good in the pictures - just what I was looking for - took weeks to arrive and when the item arrived it looked and felt nothing like the images - thin, cheap, out of shape and a complete disappointment - attempted to enact the 30 day money back guarantee - what a joke these people are - spent weeks with them trying to barter discount- 20% off, then 30, then 40 then 50% refusing to accept I simply wanted to return and get a refund - eventually they accepted and sent me the return address - was going to cost me £40 to return the item with postage …. The item was only £50 when purchased - contacted them to say this isn’t ok and have been told it’s now over 30 days so nothing is being offered …..

DO NOT buy anything from this company, the quality is shocking, the service is worse ….. items do not appear as shown and the customer service is a flowery load of nonsense whereby they refuse to accept returns ….
