Awful company - complete scam. Terrible products and won’t give money back when you want a refund.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered two jumpers from Randimo Mode based on their promise of "100% Merino Wool" and a 30-day money-back guarantee. What I received was cheap, synthetic material that in no way resembled Merino wool — uncomfortable, poor quality, and nothing like what was advertised.

I requested a return immediately and followed every step of their process within the 30-day window. Despite this, I was strung along for weeks, repeatedly asked to resend the same information, and then told I was no longer eligible for a refund. The delay was entirely on their side.

Their so-called guarantee is a scam. The return policy is deliberately obstructive, and the customer service is evasive at best.

Avoid this company at all costs — the product is misrepresented, and the return policy is designed to make sure you never get your money back.

Fraud! Do not use this company. They are fraudulent. The products are very low quality and they do not permit returns (despite advertising free returns).

Was told I could have a refund as per terms and conditions. I bought a merino wool jumper in XL. It turned up tiny and made of some awful acrylic knitted material and when I asked for a refund I was offered a discount. Every time I refused explained it was tiny and wanted a refund. Each time got a reply offering more of a discount. Eventually for fear of losing all the money I paid I accepted the discount and still got nothing and now no response. Utter scam. Common theives. Avoid.

Fake, shoddy goods. Extremely difficult to get a refund. Only obtained 50% refund after endless emails. AVOID.

one star is too much for this company - is it a real company actually or scammers? - my order took 4 weeks to arrive and I have been requesting my full reimbursement for the last 6 weeks and they keep sending me this very polite emails offering various % of reimbursement, I have asked them in many ways my full reimbursement as per law but nothing ever happens - I am going to trigger a lawyer in UK anyone that wants to join me please let me know!

It's a shame you cannot give no stars.

I order a jacket quite a while ago now, firstly it took over two weeks , then when it arrived the quality and fit of the jacket was pretty bad. I reached out to the customer service to send it back. But instead I was great with keep the jacket and we will give you a percentage back of what you paid. I only wanted to send it back so I could use the money to buy another one. This back and forth with them basically increasing the amount carried on for about a week and then finally they agreed to my return but it has easily taken over a month to receive the return label. When I follow up they ask me to give them more time, at this point I do not plan to use this company again and I will advise anyone interested in buy anything from this company to avoid, I am sure some people get the product they wanted and receive it in a reasonable time period but this was definitely not the case with me.

Do not buy from this company - don't be confused this is the company based in the China not the USA or Netherlands . My order took 3 weeks to arrive by which time we had to purchase elsewhere. They clearly advertise free returns and 30 day trial period. However, first they asked for photos and now they are offering 20% off of the goods. Multiple emails ( in total 36 emails ) were exchanged in order to get a refund still struggling and the effort continues

Ordered a coat, Firstly the delivery was not fast, when the item arrived. It has endless problems.

1. The item looks NOTHING like the photo advertised on the website.
2. The quality of the item looks like something off Temu, and I’ve paid nearly £60.
3. The item doesn’t even fit me. The sleeves are too short.
4. After contacting the company about returning the item. They have offered a “GOODWILL” gesture of 20% refund and I can keep the item. I have NO use of the item to even keep it. After daily emails back and forth, they are still refusing to give full refund according to their 30 days money back guarantee.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Who are only after your money!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS and save yourself the stress and purchase from a reputable company.

I will be taking this further.

I think this company has laid the stage for fraudulent activities in the name of trading.
How long can people continue complaining of their ill intended actions? Their product's are sub - standard, refund policy not adhered to, no fast delivery or response mechanism. Everything about them is a mess, avoiding them is just the best option if anyone can.

DO NOT BUY from this website. I purchased slippers advertised as luxury sheepskin. The slippers arrived very cheap man made materials. I contacted Randimomode I am still going back and forth. They asked for photos. I sent them then they offered an exchange if I paid 14.99 postage. Now they are offering me a 30 percent refund. I keep telling them I am entitled to a full refund. Still being fobbed off

Absolutely shocking. Wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered, tried to cancel 5 mins after ordering but they said no, and said I could process refund once I’d received, now won’t give me refund. £120! I’m absolutely furious

I wish I had read reviews. Lesson learned. I have lost £40. No item received.
I have sent emails asking where is item and for refund. Just promises about it will soon arrive. Still waiting. AVOID. AVOID

21 days and no product. Not good enough. I will check that the material is as described.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I requested a return for some items and proceeded to jump through various hoops (providing proof of purchase and photos of the items and packaging = FIRST RED FLAG). I then fell into a endless cycle of "We are here to resolve this matter for you... we would like to offer you a 20% refund on your purchase. You may keep the item, which eliminates the inconvenience of returning it..." etc. = SECOND RED FLAG). The discount increased by 10% every time they replied to my request for a refund = THIRD RED FLAG. After my 4th unsuccessful attempt, I threatened to report them for fraud, which they ignored entirely and proceeded to offer me YET ANOTHER discount. I believe they were deliberately stalling to push over the 30-day return policy (which has now passed), so I've had to contact my credit card company to help resolve the issue which is still ongoing.

Just received my Merino Wool® Italian Long Trench Coat.
It is horrendous.
The quality is terrible looks like it has shoulder pads fro The 80s. the sizing is all over the shot.
The stitching is terrible it looks cheap and naff.

To send it back you have to email them.
They then send an address for you to post it to Asia which I presume I have to pay for then once received you have to wait 7 days for a refund.

What an absolute nightmare

Horrific company, claim to be based in Holland but clearly not, appears to be China. Quality of clothes dire, will fob you off for weeks with offers of a low refund, slightly increasing each time, then just ignore you. Do not go anywhere near this company.
