Oh my gosh I wish I'd read these reviews before buying...my experience is 100% identical to all the other reviews... dreadful quality.. trying to return... email after email raising my 'payment of goodwill ' from 15% ..now upto 50% all the while me saying no to any offers..as want to return and have 100% refund...don't think that will ever happen!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Can't give zero stars otherwise I would. My experience is exactly like the other reviews. Very poor quality clothing, not as described. Refusing a refund. Over 35 emails back and forth promising a customer service that doesn't exist. Now ignoring my emails altogether. Phone number in Holland non existent. £50 down the drain

Unethical Company do not buy from them
This company a clearly in China, the product is not as advertised, it's different colour and quality, e.g. merino wool description is actually synthetic, and when you ask for a refund they will not give it to you, instead offering a discount. I returned to the NL address and now they are not paying the duty for it to be sent to them. Totally unethical and against UK laws on buying on-line.

TOTAL SCAMMERS!!
As other shoppers have shared customer services keep offering higher partial refunds but despite saying no to each offer and asking them for 100% refund, as stated on their website, they ignore and come back with another offer partial refund.
The telephone number doesn’t exist, they say returns need to go to China yet there website dates they are based in the Netherlands. It all looks very official with a lovely shop front on the website yet when you go to Google Maps it shows a residential house. A TOTAL SCAM!!!

Terrible synthetic slippers sent supposed to be sheepskin. When you try and return you have to contact them for details on the process and they just offer a small discount, gradually increasing day by day and then just ignore you. Trying to reclaim via credit card now. AVOID

Item received was poor quality - no labels on and possibly not even new. Randimo Mode say they have a 30 day refund, however all they have done is offer me a partial refund - 10%, 20% and their latest email offered 30%. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank in order to recover my money. DO NOT buy anything from this company

False advertising, terrible customer service. Avoid.
They advertise their garments as being made of premium fabrics, like "premium merino wool" and what arrives is clearly synthetic. There are no labels on the garment, to avoid having to admit their lies. They delay any returns, attempt to confuse you with return address changes, and then they blank you. Had to escalate to PayPal in the end. All a load of hassle I could have done without. Avoid.
