I received faulty goods when asked for a refund I was offered several deals rather than give me my money back. They are insisting that I return the shoes before they will refund me. I have said that they should send me a free returns label and when I receive my money in my bank I will return the shoes. It’s obvious they do not want to give me a free returns label and expect me to pay for their shoddy goods. I would like to warn anyone shopping on this website to be aware that their free returns policy is none existent. They have also held my money since the 12th July now some 17 days.

All the positive reviews are done by people with only 1 one review! They’re DEFINITELY fake!

I had a terrible experience with Randimo Mode. I ordered a linen set that looked great in the photos, but what I received was completely different. The shirt was way too short, even though I ordered a size Large. It did not match the images at all.

What really made this frustrating was their customer service. Instead of admitting that there might be a sizing issue or offering a simple exchange, they told me I could get a bigger size if I paid an additional £19.98. That’s completely unacceptable. I already paid for the product, and now I’m expected to pay again because their sizing is off?

I had to go through multiple emails, send photos, and push hard just to get a 15 percent refund. No real apology. No accountability. Just a small refund and a lot of wasted time.

If I’m not happy with a product, I should be able to return it and get a full refund, right? Not with this company.

The product was disappointing, the sizing is completely unreliable, and the customer support only takes action if you push them. I won’t be ordering from them again and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.

It would be 0 avoid at all costs ordered a jacket it was really not like the picture it says on the website free returns is you don’t like after 30 days and also returns at your expense sent back £27 now it’s stuck at customs and they want another £9.77 it a scam they have now started another website avoid

Awful. Shorts were such bad quality, the whole package fit in my tiny postbox. Paper thin, sizing absolutely tiny and look nothing like the picture on the website. Cheap crap! AVOID.

This a drop shipping company. If you look up the address listed on their website, it is a random house in the Netherlands. Items come from China and are worth a fraction of the price paid with substandard quality. I got a suit that fell apart, literally in my hands. They use chat gpt to reply to customers. I've had to report to trading standards this evening as they refused me my right to return the faulty product and instead offered me a 50% refund or free replacement i.e. more cheap crap coming in the post. Of course, I refused. No thanks - I'd just like my money back please. Anyway, if it is not entirely obvious by now, please avoid this scam site and finally, if you do fall victim- put a chargeback in with your bank if paid via Mastercard or dispute it with credit card company. Don't let these people steal from you.

So impressed with Randimomode, seriously! My item was a bit delayed 'cause of postal strikes, but they kept me in the loop and even sent a future discount code. The product itself is fantastic quality.

BE WARNED… save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered 3 tops..Pathetic quality . Was offered 15% refund and did not accept it..Returned to China at a cost of £30 and has been held at customs for the past 12 days…they will come back and tell me that the time limit for returns has been exceeded. I will do everything I can to expose this scam of a company… the positive reviews on here can not possibly be genuine..

Please be aware that items are not good quality and they will not offer a free return as advertised. They instead direct you to their policy which says it is at the customers expense. As they are actually in China, this costs a fortune. I wouldn't advise taking the risk, as the item you buy will look nothing like the photo.

It took 4 weeks to arrive.
They were really poor quality shoes, and when I tried to return them, they offered a partial refund (only 20%) and the option to keep them or give them to a charity. When I insisted on returning them to get a full refund, they agreed, but later discovered sending them to China would cost just as much as the shoes.

Company lies - advertise a 30 day try it guarantee, 'if not as expected, we offer free returns.' but then when return is requested they play dumb and say sorry for the misinformation. Policy states customers must pay own return... To China!

You will probably want a refund as quality is shocking. Just be aware.

Please read all negative reviews before purchasing as the good ones are clearly AI written or written by themselves. Company admits to false advertising if refund process but then only 'apologises for the inconvience' and states itll be looked into. No good for me now im stuck with a terrible quality item.

Avoid this company at all costs. I bought some “handcrafted genuine suede loafers” for my husband and was aghast at what was delivered (a few weeks later)
The “genuine suede”was the poorest quality nasty, nylon material and they had been thrown together and not even stitched smartly. The material was uneven round the edges - what a disappointment!
As stated on the website, I contacted the company for a refund and was told that I would receive the money paid but minus the cost of a package to China. There was absolutely no mention of these shoes bring manufactured in china!
I have been to-ing and fro-ing with Randimo and each time, the refund offered is less and less. This is so frustrating and the quality of the product is dire! Customer service suggested I share them with family or donate to charity - but as they are so awful, I will be doing neither.
Please do not fall for these Randimo website lies!!!!!!

Bought a pair of half zip jumpers, one Navy Blue and one Beige in colour. The Beige item turned out looking nothing like the colour on the website.
This silly company refused to do a return and instead offered to pay back 10% of what I purchased the item for.
Also worth noting that none of the items came with Labels as they are clearly a front for a Chines seller - hence they are a drop shipping firm which refuse return regardless of the UK return policies and policy process states on their website.
Absolutely horrible behaviour.

These loafers were comfortable right out of the box, even though I have really bad feet. No time for break-ins. They also appear well-groomed.

Ordered leather slippers and what came would have cost 2 pounds in a cheap clothes shop definitely not worth the money or as described. Also meant to be 3-5 working days postage it took 3 weeks.

Please do not buy from this company, I bought a pair of shoes that don’t fit very well, they are too small. I wanted to return them, they have told me to keep them and they will send another pair out to me for half the price. I have told them I want a full refund, they have offered me 15% back ! And to give the shoes to charity

ordered a winter coat in 4XL.
arrived 11 days later if you want to track your order you have to pay. when arrived it was a summer coat no insulation whatsoever, the size was more like large than 4XL, the returns to China for a light weight coat that had to be tracked was £23.50 they did offer 20% refund and to keep the item, I would not order from Randimo again due to false advertising, very poor sizing, timescales and expensive returns to China.

I bought myself the Women’s Floral Long Sleeve Embroidered Backless Midi Party Dress, and it’s gorgeous. The detailing is precise, and the dress fits perfectly.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I did not like the quality or fit of the jumpers I bought, I advised I would like to return the goods. They offered me numerous discounts to try and get me to keep the goods. Eventually, they agreed to a return and gave me an address in China to return the goods to. They then said I had to pay a 40 euros customs charge before the package would be released, when I didn't, they said I was out of time (30 days) for the goods to be returned and refunded. Even though they asked me to pay the 40 euros after the 30 days had expired. Now they are ignoring my emails.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! ORDERED THE DRESS 3 WEEKS AGO STILL NOT ARRIVED, NO DISPATCH EMAIL, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND NOTHING. AUTOMATED EMAILS & NO COMMUNICATION. THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE SET UP AND FAKED BY THE COMPANY!!!!
