RCA Plumbing & Heating Reviews 

Our new boiler was installed by Ryan a year ago and has lived up to all the recommendations and promise of energy cost reduction that Ryan predicted. As OAP’s we are delighted with the savings, confirmed on our gas energy statement. Ryan serviced the boiler this week, efficiently, and with minimum disruption on one of the coldest days of the year. Superb service.

Ryan came out and serviced our boiler at a time that was convenient to us, and as always, he was quick, efficient, tidy and friendly.
Ryan installed the boiler for us 4 years ago, with very minimal disruption, and at an extremely reasonable price.
This is the 3rd year he has been out to service it now, and I am hoping he will continue to be our 'boiler guy' for many, many years to come.

Ryan and his team completely replaced my aging 30 year old system with a modern up to date eco valiant boiler. The service i received was excellent as was the standard of work. This was a big job and the whole team worked hard to make sure all disruption was kept to a minimum and completed to the highest standards. Care was taken to explain the job fully and was always given the chance to ask any questions at each stage. I couldn't be happier with the end result. My house is now an even temperature throughout and with the professional advice i was given, i am now saving money on my energy bill each month as a result. I was a 1st time customer, but will be using RCA plumbing in future for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Great response from RCA - who were new to us- when we had a boiler leak, followed by a service where I could see the commitment by Ryan to getting things right for the customer!

Professional and very approachable. Engineer answered all of my questions and got my heating working in no time. Very reasonably priced and accommodating with appointment times. I would highly recommend.

Heating had gone out when it was -7 outside. British Gas had told me to tough it out over the weekend because the didn’t think it was an emergency but RCA made it out that day and got the heating back on.

Chase from RCA did a very professional job, explaining what he was doing as he proceeded. He was extremely approachable and polite and left the work area tidy when finished. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
