What a great experience having Ryan carry out the boiler service. He was incredibly responsive in scheduling this service request despite being inundated with emergency repairs. Very much appreciated his very professional, pleasant and friendly service. Despite being so busy he took the time to look at a faulty toilet and offer advice. Will definitely be our ‘go to plumber’ and we will be making a booking to have him return to repair wc asap! Thank you RCA plumbing!

All done in one day, very professional

Fantastic service from Ryan and Jimmy, had to call Ryan between Christmas and New year when my old boiler broke down, he came out within an hour during his holiday. Gave me a quote and a start date. Arrived as promised. Very punctual, never stopped working, kept me informed with everything,.now have a great new boiler cost was exactly as quoted. Thank you so much to both Ryan and Jimmy.

We had an issue with our hot water function and booked Ryan to come round and take a look. The communication was excellent from start to finish and Ryan arrived exactly when he said he would. For a trustworthy heating engineer, book RCA Plumbing. Ryan also did some work for my parents and they were very pleased with the results.

Had my boiler go for a Burton just as the cold weather started. I initially went with someone else as they offered a great price, but couldn't get out to do the job. Ryan was great booked us in within days, hugely professional, and Chase and Stewart were on time, ready, and start to finish experts. Single day install, despite my house being what could politely be described as non standard construction, and left the place spotless.

Would heartily recommend for price, professionalism, and speed.

First class service from a first class company. Contacted Ryan Monday morning, when my boiler suffered terminal problems. Site visit Monday afternoon and quote received Monday evening. New boiler fitted Thursday. Throughout this exercise communication between both parties was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rca for all and any plumbing and heating requirements. One of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

We have been using Ryan and company for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else.1st class job done and also fantastic help when our old boiler was done and when needing a new one, massive help in picking best 1for our needs.Wouldnt go anywhere else

Really efficient service engineer-read through
all the paperwork and signed and dated it-this
has never been done in the past 5 years.

Appointment was made easily.
Voiced I had a leak and was told this was not an emergency, so waited 4 days for an engineer.
Engineer was friendly and job was completed in a matter of minutes.
The engineer was in my house for 10-15 minutes, most of this time was spent completing his job sheet.
No price was provided before or during the job.
The engineer stated he didn’t deal with money and I would be contacted with a bill.
I was charged £90 for radiator valve to be tightened.
In today’s climate, this is far too expensive.
I explained this to the call handler when I called to check the bank details I was provided to pay the bill.
She did not respond to this, only stated the bank details were correct.
I would not recommend this company as they provide no information prior to visits or during them.
Plus they are very expensive.
I will not use this company again.

Having suffered a heating system breakdown RCA responded very quickly and attempted a repair. Due to the age of the system it was obvious that repair costs Versus new boiler was a no-brainer. RCA provided heaters for a couple of days until the new boiler could be supplied which was fitted very quickly. Their workmanship was tidy and clean and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Found and fixed source of leak and fitted new tap quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. Highly recommended and will use again when needed.

Ryan came out to do my boiler's 1st service. They were on time and very efficient. Ryan also discovered a gas leak, nothing to do with the boiler! He phoned SGN and arranged for them to come out and sort that day. I would recommend RCA whether it's for a new install or maintenance or a service!!

Ryan and his team provide excellent service and always appear on time and carry out work at the price quoted. Service my boiler annually and on their recommendation have fitted a Hive thermostat and pressure control valve to my Valiant boiler - both of which have made operation of boiler much easier. They are friendly and patient when explaining what they are doing and how to get the best out of my heating system. Have no hesitation in recommending RCA to others.

Very easy to contact and book. I got an appointment, with a price, for my boiler service very quickly and it was confirmed by e-mail and Text. Ryan and his apprentice arrived on time and carried out the work very conscientiously with no time wasting. Ryan gave me advise on how I could make economies on my gas usage and left the place very clean. I highly recommend them and will happily use them again.

Fantastic company, they sorted out problems with our Wickes installed bathroom. Highly professional and genuinely nice people.

We had a new shower fitted and other work. The company were great. Punctual ,polite and clean worker.

I just moved house and called this company at random to fix a leak in the waste under the kitchen sink. I’m glad I did. Their customer service is really impressive from initial call to job done. They arranged to come at 9am next morning following my call the previous afternoon and arrived just before. They replaced the waste outlet and fixed other leaks and secured the pipe to the wall. After an hour it was fixed and I was given a demo of the test. And the cost was very reasonable. I will certainly be using them in future and would highly recommend them.

Having installed a new boiler a year ago, they made an appointment to service it in order to maintain the warranty. They arrived on time and it was notable that all personnel were the same as last year, so, happily, no turnover of staff there, which is always a good sign. All equipment has worked well and I am particularly pleased with the timer they installed (unusually not wireless) which suits my needs perfectly.
