Vanrell Reviews

Very pleased with the service. Rented two cars while in Alcudia. Second one at a very short notice, as we needed to get to the airport early morning. Unable to fill up tank as no petrol stations open at night, yet they said it's fine. Definitely will rent again if we get to Mallorca.

We leased a Jeep Wrangl from the office in Alcudia and paid 135 € for one day. We decided to return the car after half a day cause of the poor condition of the car.
The car was SO dirty and have not been disinfected (COVID-19) og cleaned (properly for a long time!) Also when we tried to close the roof the split in the left side when of function and the roof couldn’t close 🙄

I can’t recommend this company to anyone!

I have personally used this service about 5 times. One time I was taken an Audi A1 on a 2017 low profile tires that was very stable in corners. It was a great choice as there are so many sharp turns in the mountains. The penultimate time was Panda for a trip with friends. Last time I took an Audi A1 and it was a new car with an advanced configuration. But the most important thing is that this company does not engage in fraud and does not impose hidden payments as Okrentacar.es does.
My experience has shown that Okrentacar.es are scammers who mislead the client. At Okrentacar, it is impossible to cancel a car and get a refund, the call center does not work, the staff is angry and aggressive and we waited in line for 3.5 hours. Therefore stay away from Okrentacar.es and Vanrell is one of the best services in Mallorca.

I am very disappointed!!!! They did overcharged my credit card without any explanation. 1 month on the line and they still ignore my messages. Stay away from them!!!!!

Hired a VW Polo back in May 2020 from Vanrell at Palma airport Majorca. Good terms and conditions in the contract compared to the competition. I got the exactly the car I reserved. Staff are easy going and helpful (found me a baggage trolley in airport car park when returning car and just a quick glance at the car's condition). The car's aircon fan only worked on its highest setting, but I didn't want to waste my holiday time with that detail and just diverted the flow to the footwell. Car interior very nice, exterior had a few minor scuffs and dents to the body work which is nothing unusual when hiring. Car hire prices in Majorca seem more expensive than in the Canary Islands, but Vanrell seemed to be the most reasonable choice of what was available in Majorca. You can use Google Streetview to work out how to get back to the airport multi-storey carpark to return the car. I used my own annual car hire excess insurance.

I have rented a Mustang for my wedding photoshoot. On them internet page is showed a new and nice Mustang. I got an old, ugly, worn out, with a lott of body damages and a gasoline smell inside. After I proved my truth they just ignorig my letters.
