Phone line (02071934418) which I have previously used successfully to get some info, is now disconnected and the online contact form won't submit a query no matter what I do (including clearing cookies and so on).

Highly suspicious for a company that requires access to all of my financial, and other personal information.

Edit: there clearly is an issue, perhaps instead of denying it, you should take some accountability and look in to it.

They are asking for your bank account log in details ???

Kez was great to work with when we had a tenant that did not pay their full portion of rent, very communicative and kept me up to date with the process throughout.

I have to say my experience with your team at Rent Guarantor has been brilliant. This is a first for me dealing with rent arrears, My tenant was arrested four months ago and is now serving time in prison.
Your team dealing with my case proved to be so helpful it's untrue, especially since the communication between myself the tenant through the prison services has been very difficult plus the rent arrears have been increasing it's been challenging.
To add, I've been dealing with sickness in my family that is my father has be diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. It's been very stressful indeed,

Honestly, I didn’t even know guarantor services existed until recently then I came across RentGuarantor. I went through quite a few stressful days trying to get all the admin bits sorted, and Donna really went above and beyond to help me through. In this days and age with landlord. Protecting your rents is our utmost priority. There's no better way to have an insurance such as the RentGuarantor to cover the rent should the potential tenant fails with their reference check where normal RentGuarantee insurance will not be eligible. Some of the genuine tenant who really needs a home and understood their circumstances of why they have failed reference check. They were willing to invest and to have their rent covered by RentGuarantor.
I have recently put through a claim for tenant who decided to move out a lot more earlier than their agreed tenancy period, the claim process was straightforward, and the staff was very helpful and supportive. Of course, you must have a good system in managing your tenant and your paperwork in which this has made it easy to complete the process. If I did not have this covered, I would have lost at least 2 months rents because of this scenario.
I would for sure recommend this to any potential tenant, who fails the reference check to ensure that it will consider to get their rent covered with RentGuarantor.

Such an easy service to setup and use. The web portal hand holds you through each stage and progresses in a logical simple manner. Staff very professional, personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

If I could give it less I would. I turned to this site as it is advertised to guarantee help support you in the most difficult times. They could only help support me if I paid 450pm which us impossible when I have a cat and need to live alone. FALSE Advertisement. Instead of helping (as advertised) they added to my situation. Didn't help. Made it worst.

Never had to use a guarantor service before, in fact didn't even know they existed.. But after researching and reviewing many different services we found Rent Guarantor! Absolutely amazing service, super quick convenient and what's mostly important cheapest of the bunch! Even spoke to Zoe U over the phone to answer some questions and she was brilliant! Highly highly recommend, and if we ever need another we'll 100% be returning.
