I had some issues but I called up and got an answer immediately. The man on the phone, Michael, was absolutely amazing. Within 10 minutes everything was sorted. Couldn’t recommend more. No hassle, no stress.

Excellent customer service

I worked with Leah Wilson—Fantastic. She was so professional and got me exactly what I need, and I've had a very good time in the flat we managed to arrange together. I highly recommend Rent Guarantor. It's great for freelancers or contractors or those working under transitionary accounting periods. 5 stars, a Godsend.

RentGuarantor were great when we first started our tenancy - super quick and easy. There was a bit of a pickle from our end when renewing our tenancy, and I left a panicked message for them early doors. Jo called me back a few minutes after their office opened and was really helpful and reassuring. It was nice to have such a personalised service for a large company.

Very good guarantor company

Incredible. Having the secured support to enable me to proceed has been invaluable. I have had to make changes to my application a couple of times and nothing is too much work. Quick and prompt changes which offer reassurances to my landlord. Personally, the assurances they provide V a standard guarantor seem incomparable and I am unsure why more people are unaware. Specific shout out to Donna who helped me in the latter stages when I thought I had messed everything up!

The entire team at RentGuarantor.com has been nothing but helpful during my entire time with them. After a few minor issues with estate agents, they took them as my guarantor and moving forward I will be using them.

This service is immensely useful for those who do not have the ability to get a guarantor by normal means. The staff are always helpful and happy to help whenever needed. They are very swift at responding to parts of applications and work with the customers very well.

10/10 would use them again.

After a tough situation with a five year old CCJ RentGuarantor was an amazing choice when choosing the perfect place to let! The application was easy/straightforward and when I called for assistance I was met with a kind and knowledgeable person. Big thank you to Becky for making the process so easy and being a wealth of information.

So far Rent Guarantor have been extremely helpful, and incredibly pleasant. It’s always a pleasure to speak to someone on the phone regardless of who it is. I also appreciate the fact that they keep us tenant applicants informed on any little changes that could affect our application. It’s useful for someone like me who gets very busy and doesn’t have time to check their application day in and day out.

Can't give anything less than 5 glowing ⭐️s . This is our 4th year with RG , And each year they've been nothing but amazing kind helpful and non judgemental to my lack of computer knowledge when sorting out paperwork for our tenancy. You guys are the best HIGHLY RECOMMEND

How is ANYONE on benefits supposed to afford £2400…? Ridiculous!!!

Finding a place to rent as an international student without a UK guarantor is incredibly tough! RentGuarantor stepped in when I needed help the most and made my home for next 3 years possible!

For my landlord, having that extra layer of reassurance meant they were happy to finally go ahead with my tenancy. Finally an end to my stress!

I receive my tenant's Universal Credits one week in advance of the rent due date, but since this is not enough, tenant needs to pay the difference on the rent due date. After two months, tenant stopped paying the difference and now, at the end of the contract, owes me more than two month's rent. Rent Guarantor have deducted the last UC paid during the contract but for the first month outside the contract from the due amount. I told them of the error, but never received an updated statement. They will likely reply to this review saying it is their policy, but there is no such clause in their T&C and, accounting wise, payments should be reported in the period they belong to, i.e. first month after contract ended. Looks like Small Courts is the only way forward. So Landlords, beware - they will use anything to reduce their liability at your expense...

A horrible experience. It's a very strange website with lots of loopholes. You are charged to be assessed but there's no clear guidelines on what you can or can't submit. And they keep your fee to be checked regardless of whether you continue the sign up process or not. Yup just like that you could change your mind get sick have some issue and they still pocket the money. And then they trawl this website and start pulling down reviews they don't like. Plus look at all their bad reviews. Those reviews speak for themselves.

If it wasn’t for rent guarantor myself and my 3 children would still be stuck in a 1 bed flat!

Rent Guarantor were extremely helpful and when I had to call them to confirm a few details everyone I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable.
