order Refund
Placed an order with these guys to give them a chance. Was super excited to get my son one of my 1st systems (PS2 bundle), it took a few days over the weekend and holiday with no movement, (understandable). Was able to find the same setup with verified condition at my local store. Called in to cancel my order, left a message, and spoke with John via chat online. He was polite and understanding and refunded the order with no issues. Pleasant experience, sorry for the retraction of the sale, it was just business at the end of the day.
UPDATE:
They partially refunded my order and and said that the remainder left was a “transaction fee”! SCAM!!!! Tuck tail and RUN!

Great selection, great service
Assortment of available retro games. My step daughter wanted a few specific games for game cube and the prices, delivery were phenomenal with retro v games. Customer service was easy to work with and prompt in helping with a shipping issue we had. Will for sure purchase more items from them in the future!

Fast shipping and protected from damage
Shipping was fast and my 3ds came well protected in its package. I was worried it might just be shipped loose in a box, but it had soft layers of protection. I think it would have been okay even if my mailman had just chucked it at my driveway. The device was exactly what I ordered and great quality for the price! I highly recommend using this company for any of your retro gaming needs.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Very scammy company. Please do research before ordering. Read return policies and what not for the loop holes they use to get you.
They falsely advertise their products, then wont really back to you unless you use the same email and follow their instructions which aren't easy to find verbatim.
Then if you reach out to your credit card company you're return policy is null and void.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.

I ordered a used 3ds. Miner imperfections are to be expected because is the material has some age. But it functions perfectly good job.

TL;DR
1. Customer service is amazing, helped me get exactly what I wanted.
2. Console came in perfect condition, way better than I expected for an older device.
3. Received it 4 days after I placed the order. I live in Philadelphia, PA and one of their warehouses is in Allentown, PA so I think that’s why I got it so soon.
I wanted a Black 3ds(the new version with colored buttons) so before I placed my order I reached out to customer service(a few times via text and email, I was impatient) to see what could do. I spoke with Alan, Alex and Brian, they all were very professional and they kept it real with me. They didn’t make any guarantees that I could get the color I wanted but they promised that they’d do their best to inform the warehouse of my color preferences. They kept their word because four days after placing my order, I received exactly what I wanted. A black 3ds in perfect condition, both screens look crystal clear, all the buttons feel new and there’s literally no wear n tear.

This was my very first time ordering from retro; and I bought a ds lite console, and 2 Nintendo ds games as well. Even though I bought all 3 in the same order, the ds console came in a separate package but only given one tracking number. I emailed support and they got back to me within 24 hours which is great. I told them about my issue with the order number attached; they emailed me back with the tracking number for the package with my games. Very nice customer service, the ds console works perfect and is in good condition even when packaged for shipping. Haven't tested out the games yet but I'm pretty sure that they will be good as well. Oh, and the console came 1 day earlier than expected within 4 business days instead of 5-7 business days. My only con is that if I have separate packages coming, it should tell me that there's 2 packages and to give the tracking number for them as well instead of the one package. But overall, pretty satisfied with everything and will be a returning customer in the future! (:

so recently I made a review here as a four-star review I ordered a Wii console from here and there were a few problems like the console not reading discs/some Wii remotes not working but now that the Wii is a little bit older it doesn't have those problems at all overall would recommend as the prices are better than most places

Paid extra for SNES games that are left in limbo
I have been trying to buy my husband some games for his birthday that is coming up next week. I placed my order on 4/4/25 and paid the $15 for expedited shipping, which is supposed to be 3-5 business days. It is 4/11/25 now, and I still haven't even received one of the three games I ordered last week. One says it's in transit, one was sent back to the sender for an incorrect mailing address apparently and the other hasn't even been shipped yet. I paid $118 for these games, and I'm not even sure if we'll receive them. I've been in contact with customer service several times in the last couple days, and they have told me that there is nothing they can do as the games have already left their inventory. So I'm not entirely pleased with this company. God willing, my husband will get the games I ordered by next Thursday as I bought him a super nintendo for his birthday.
