Reward mobile are great 👍
I had to chat with customer support and tho I had a little wait, the agent Jordan was informative and helpful,
and solved my questions immediately.
Am very impressed with this company.

I had a few teething problems whilst signing up for my new phone contract. However all the customer service team members I spoke to were extremely attentive, polite and ensured they helped to resolve the issue. This included a customer service manager who was at hand to help due to a glitch during the order. Very very impressed with reward mobiles customer service.

I'm very satisfied with the phone and deal I got from the company.The customer service was exceptional very friendly and polite.

Easy to use and offer great deals for charity workers

I would not recommend this service at all, as a third party service their communications with their providers is appalling and you'll end up having to chase things reported to them as they won't relay it to the provider, even when the order is not yet complete. Their customer service is incompetent and disappointing, like many services you'll have to call several times to chase up the same issue and repeat yourself everytime. Due to unnecessary delays and miscommunications, 2 weeks after placing my order I'm still waiting for my number to be transferred and it still has not been completed. I'm now paying for 2 contracts at once because Reward Mobile failed to give the new code to the provider and gives horrible customer service to date.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a long term customer with EE and they pretended to be linked to their customer upgrade department. Mis sold me a contract at double the normal price. Dis not act legally and include all return details, legal script and direct debit mandate. Customer service is non existent. I called a number I found for sales. And have asked them to pick up the phone. They have not provided any info to return the phone, have not acknowledged my cancellation email. Will not put me through directly to customer service. They are a disgrace and scamming people. EE have raised a complaint with Ofcom and cancelled my direct debit. I rang reward mobile back and asked them to provide details of all my information under data protection and freedom of information and delete from database, the person I spoke to basically kept saying he could not do that and would have to speak to customer service, but could not tell me when they would get back to me. They are a despicable company, and acting illegally. Please contact Ofcom if they are not responding to you.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I took out a contract for a SamsungS21 based on next day delivery. After providing details, I received an email saying that I had been approved and delivery details to follow shortly. I then immediately received a second email to say that my order cannot be processed due to lack of stock. Customer services were dismissive and non-apologetic and have since cancelled the order on my request. My issue here is that they should make customers aware if the phone isn't in stock before asking the customer to sign the contract based on the next day delivery. I am guessing that my data will now be sold on!!
