I was a bit hesitant about ordering through Reward Mobile but I have been blown away by how simple the process has been along with the after care provided by Jordan. Using my husbands trustpilot account. Ordered the iPhone 14 pro max 1TB in black and a day later went onto the chat and spoke to “J” (I can’t use his name as companies only like you mentioning their full name when it’s for praise, otherwise they flag the review and get it taken down. Says everything doesn’t it. Let’s just say he false promises daily). He said the phone would be delivered Tuesday. I traded my phone in on the Monday, expecting the phone the next day. That was 4wks ago. Every week “J” promising (expecting your phone in this week) and every week left disappointed and without a phone. Last week I went onto the chat 3 times to make sure and was told was definitely coming this week. That was last week. Had an email today saying it’s still out of stock. Customer services on the phone can’t be bothered and seem to want you off the phone. The chat function doesn’t work any more. If it’s not here this week I’ll be cancelling and getting my upfront cost back and going somewhere else. Never to return. This is 4wks now without a phone wholly because of this company making false promises that they know they can’t keep.

Easy to find the deal I wanted on the website. Ordered on Monday and phone was delivered on Tuesday. Number transferred on Wednesday so all parts of purchase went smoothly. A great price at considerably less than if I’d gone direct to EE.

Appalling customer service. I placed an order for a new handset on 28/08/22 and have still not received it.
Their phone lines are closed (still working from home). I have sent two emails to customer service, neither of which have been acknowledged or responded to. I will have to wait until Monday 9-5 to use their online chat function to see if I can make contact with this company!

Scrolling through Facebook and saw there post with some great deals so checked them out and got a great deal unlimited 5g Data, unlimited mins and calls for £16 a month, I have just bought outright a pixel 6 Pro so didn't need a handset, not really been bothered about SIM deals but I'm currently paying £30 a month on pay as you go for top 5g unlimited speeds but with these I've got the same but for £16 so that's obviously a win!

Ordered SIM in the evening had it delivered the next morning so not even 24 hours, my brother's just put in for the same! So happy customer!

Very easy process placing an order and getting my number transferred to the new network. Very helpful support from Jordan and Rochelle via the live chat for any queries I had. Would definitely recommend this and will be using it in the future. Delivery on time - no issues! Great service!

Still not resolved as yet, but the help, patience, speedy replies are 100% I'm not any good with technology and have been close to tears with the stress of setting up my new phone and swapping to a new network provider, Jordan has helped me step by step through each bit! Resigned with Jordon last week for my EE upgrade on the discounts I get through work.And can I just say , I’m sure I’m not the first person to say this but what a true gem you have! Never in my life have I been treated to such a flawless service from start to finish. Caring, attentive to my needs and just a lovely person not your average sales person although he could sell ice to the Eskimos! With the cost of living going sky high not once did he try to sell me something I don’t need to pay for when explaining I wouldn’t like to increase what I pay . Even tried to poach him for myself haha but would highly recommend and will be doing all my phones through Your company from now on! Thanks again and please pass this on to Jordon!

Quick and easy to deal with and great offers on different networks and very quick delivery

Great help and support from Danielle and Ella getting our 3 x phone deal sorted out! Vodafone didn't want our business anymore but Reward Mobile went the extra mile in getting the right phones & deal done!

I recently took out an iPhone 13 contract with reward mobile. I was a bit confused at first with price plans and the contract. However after speaking to them and EE it has all been clarified and I am over the moon with my contract and the price plan I was placed on. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

I have used Reward Mobiles for 5 phone contracts over the years (I beleive they have changed their name since my first phone) and each and everytime, without fail, I get A+ service and great offers.

They have resolved issues (such as helped me when I wanted a phone which was new customers only when I was an existing customer of EE) to timing my switch overs so I pay no termination fee's.

I truly can't thank the team enough for their knowledge and just how generally helpful and nice they are for making these transfers so simple.

I have 2 phones active and usually swap 1 each year and have used Reward Mobile each time, even with everything seemingly getting more expensive I tend to save money each time I swap and always end up with the latest iPhone.
