I disappointedly have to agree with theese poor reviews I got accepted for a phone was sent out the contract I had an issue so I rang and managed to get threw to someone I sent them my copy of Id bank and passport that was super easy but finding out when my phone will arrive is frustrating as I'm getting no communication now from you I've phoned and phoned Web chat not available and sent emails I'm feeling like they have scammed me for my private id details just to update my phone arrived today 25th of april so really pleased about that

I am now restoring my rating to five stars, as I had previously stated I would.
Initially, I encountered an issue:
The phone I had ordered was out of stock, and it took several days of follow-up before I finally received it.
That said, the company conducted itself professionally throughout, and I would readily recommend their services.
However, I have observed that they request certain customers to provide photographic identification, such as a passport or driving licence. In my view, this poses a considerable security risk.
I was approved, but unsurprisingly, the phone is out of stock, something that wasn’t disclosed until after the process was completed. I’m now left waiting for the next update via email. Not exactly a promising first impression. If the phone eventually arrives, I’ll be happy to revise this to five stars, but at present, it’s rather disappointing.
Moreover, if the specific handset is genuinely out of stock, one has to question why there are still numerous advertisements on their website promoting they offering various plans and network options for the very same device. It feels quite misleading...
AGAIN I DO RECOMEND TO ANYONE THIS COMPANY...

Got approved, but of course the phone is out of stock — something they don’t tell you until after the fact. Now I’m stuck waiting until next week. Not a great first impression. If the phone ever shows up, I will bump this to 5 stars, but right now it’s a letdown.
I did get the phone after about 2 weeks had to change colour. I will upgrade this to a 5star as mentioned due to being accepted with bad credit! Thanks to Ruby for helping out and updating me // calling me.

This is a legitimate company
This is a legitimate company, even tho I felt like I was being scammed. They did ask for photo ID and utility bill for security reasons and could have been explained this previously, but failed to do so. Also I had an email to say item was out of stock but once I chased them as no update, phone was delivered next day and on time. So not the greatest customer service but the cost of phone and contract was the cheapest. Not as quick or straightforward as other providers but got the product in the end which took 5/10days in total

Ignore all the bad reviews. I had a fantastic deal on a contract with a iphone 16. I was kept up to date via email straight through the process. My phone was out of stock but kept notified. When the phone came it was such a easy step by step guide moving from my old provider to my new one. I brought my old phone number with me and this was brought over within 24 hours also. Very happy I chose Reward Mobile, great communication.

They don't email you about the order, don't update you about the order, never answer their phones, don't reply to emails and the "live chat" they suggest you do does not work.
Starting to suspect this is a scam company looking to take your data as surely a communications supplier would know how to communicate???

Worst experience of my life. No call answered received the SIM.. They have sent me ee sim.. and there is no account Active on SIM. Worst experience.. sending them emails is like banging your head with wall.They have sent me someone else numbers. Guys please stay away scammers.
