Le meilleur avec des audios pourris
J'ai des audios de conférences de très mauvaises qualité avec bruits ambiants etc, et Rileo est le seul a capter aussi bien la voix de l'intervenant avec très peu d'erreurs. Je suis impressionnée. Tous les autres ne captaient que 5% de ce qui est dit.

Surprise Payment but Quick Resolution
Like many stated, I was surprised to receive a subscription fee after I’d thought I’d purchased a temporary license to use it. Credit to the team though, as they did understand the confusion and refunded the payment. I’d suggest they better lay out their terms and allow easier subscription cancellation that is automated.

Don't trust this company with your card…
Don't trust this company with your card details. I paid a small fee to use the website for a week to transcribe some voice recordings. Today they have attempted to take monies from my bank account, luckily those payments were blocked. The site is not clear that they will take further monies unless you unsubscribe. Very underhand behaviour.

Really awful experience - DO NOT USE
Really awful experience. DO NOT USE. They will take £40 from you and claim that they were transparent about it. The whole process is completely hidden behind "guest user" accounts that give the impression you haven't signed up, opaque emails that immediately go to your spam folder, and payment info in teeny tiny links hidden in emails. I'm sure the whole premise of this company is to make a quick money-grab from as many unsuspecting people as possible and disappear. Customer service entirely unhelpful and unwilling to operate in good faith.
