Faite attention son't des scammers

Avoid them at all cost, server was don't for two weeks almost, support is always lying what is the issue.. Avoid this indian company, they are just resellers.

The provider disconnected the service 10 days earlier than planned without any reason. I write to support, no response. I do not recommend.

I have to say that the level of service provided by Rockhoster is second to none. I've been hosting with them for over 5 months, and they always give a quick and professional response to any questions. I put one site up with them to start just to try things out, I've since put up all my sites with these guys. The prices are good, customer support is awesome and it s quite reliable!

Without delving into specifics, I can confidently say that every aspect of their hosting service has been excellent. The tech support is outstanding, always going the extra mile to assist and I have never encountered any downtime.

This site is a scam and is operated by one person. All positive reviews are fake, just look at the profiles.

I bought their Ultimate VPS Service and found out I had been given the wrong service I had paid for. I opened many tickets to try and resolve however they were all never answered.

I found out my VPS had been logged into by an Indian IP (not mine) and some backup files had been downloaded. Sensitive information. No one but myself and this site had access to my VPS.

VPS is not unmetered and the specifications for all their products are a scam. Every product advertised is not what you're going to get.

These people are scammers and will put tickets on pending or hold and never respond. DO NOT BUY and DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!

Go somewhere else.

really bad hosting server was not working correctly tryed to work it out with the support but they were not able to solve any problems i asked for a refund within 24 hours and they just ignore me

I have been with Rockhoster OpenVZ VPS for over 5 months, and I am very happy to report that I have had absolutely no problems with them or their service. For any questions, even the low priorities, they reply to me really fast and very helpful. They are top notch. Thumbs up!

The more important fact is that it will definitely satisfy all the specifications, because of Rockhoster's flexibility, professionalism. Moreover, I'd like to point out that speed connection is always excellent and it will never happen when visitors will be waiting for a long time to look at your website. Only positive feedbacks about Rockhoster web hosting provider and about their 24/7 support staff respectively.

OpenVZ VPS have old versions of OSs, support is answering in 24-48hrs
Instead of moneyback I had to agree to use server that I paid.

From my experience so far I am finding rockhoster KVM VPS hosting in Europe to be what I need. It has excellent customer support. The technical team is reachable by phone 24/7, and the wait time is minimal. Rockhoster's network is brilliant, I've not noticed any downtime or connection problems.

Had 3 domains with my previous host 1 years ago... my friend recommended me to try Rockhoster OpenVZ VPS hosting cos he said they were one of the best in France. So, I transferred 1 domain to VPS account and would like to say their techs were helpful with setup, also installed some scripts and apps which were needed for the success of my business online. Really nice web host. After 2 months I transferred 2 other domains and now I am quite happy. Everything just works properly - uptime, speed, support - really perfect.

Rockhoster service is amazing. Would recommend these guys to anyone. It's easy to set up, they accept bitcoin payments, so I ordered their KVM VPS account and paid with bitcoins. The tech guys are no nonsense
and respond promptly both with follow-up emails and to any additional questions I'll throw at them. They've sent me error logs, done lots of digging and helped out with all kinds of problems I've had with wordpress installs and other issues. Everything about this great hosting service is just perfect for me, basically I can operate my websites and domain names just as I want, with support if I need it.

Rockhoster has very good hosting capabilities, they have provided great service to me time and time again. They have great customer service, good features, great uptime. Couldnt ask for more.

i have made 9 tickets no answer ... I paid Cpanel license ..only paid no license

I believe Rockhoster have been pretty good with my site I have hosted on them. No downtime yet, maybe a couple of slow speed but service has been ok for me. Lots of space and bandwidth, if there is no downtime for most of the year I would rate it a great host.

Bought a VPS and my ticket got put on hold without any answer and my payment went through but still says "Pending" on the vps to come online probably worse VPS host I've ever used. (This is 10+ hours after payment went through) still no response

Update 24 after my purchase....

They gave me the wrong region for the vps they gave me a EU server when i asked for US.

Then proceed to put all my tickets on hold and never respond worse VPS comany I've ever purchased from.

Reported to the Better Business Bureau so any North American residents don't use them

I must say their tech support were helpful with setup. Rockhoster are responsive, even answer at midnight.
My sites are running fast and I am really satisfied dealing with them. I am happy with the speed and uptime, so I can recommend their Netherlands vps hosting solutions to others.
