I have been using Rockhoster for years. I love everything they do. All of their products are user friendly and their customer service is stellar. What I like best is Rockhoster is such a stable company. I trust them completely. That's hard to find on the Internet these days since many companies are here today and gone tomorrow.

I bought Golden hosting for $5.99/month.

It was incrediable, Never had any down time. Unlimited disk space and addon domains for $5.99 is an absolute steal. The one think i like the most was the 24 hour support. whenever i had a problem or needed help with my hosting he would reply instantly. hey are really professional and have a lot of knowledge in their field. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to host a domain/server. For such a small amount per month and you get so much.

Bought the server, because of the super cheap prices, thought sure I'll check it out having seen positive reviews. Got my server, perfectly fine, connects and worked first time.

Having been working in the I.T industry, I suddenly worked out that my problem is not client related, and server side.

The sever just connects when it wants, and refuses the rest of the time. It does it for other people that use my sever too. The control panel for the server is just what ?, it's very hit and miss, and the biggest problem is the support.

I created a ticket explaining my problem, and specifically stating that I've tried the IP with the port, and tried the sub-domain, the server refuses to connect from the IP, and the sub-domain well hit and miss.

Support told me "It seems it is working.", and after explaining this is not the case I got told after being put on hold all night

How is that meant to help me ?, and now my ticket was put on hold again. Maybe it's my own fault for going so cheap, but for $1.99 I thought why not, tried it, rubbish service, and support that need firing. Will be cancelling my service today, and going with a reliable host.

I really enjoy this host, and not only because of the cheap prices, actually, I am able to pay for a more expensive hosting, but I'm really comfortable here, the support is 24/7 (And I'm serious about that), you can see different people connected to live support, they are online all the time and really fast too, I mean really fast.. they answer you in a matter of seconds, they are really professional and have a lot of knowledge and access related to the services, that make the work easier and more efficient, they can solve you almost any problem related to your service, config, code, sales, whatever.

To be honest, I think RockHoster is too cheap in relation to the quality they offer to you, I know it's dumb to complain about that, but they deserve more money, I'm paying really low money for a really good service.

I bought this VPS because i needed fast and good domain. And it's perfect!
They have very good support service. I needed help so i wrote them an email and they replied me in 1-2 hours! They have also live support...
I think their hosting is pretty cheap and it's very quality! It is easy to use and everyone can use it. My website i bought is working really fast.
Other things i like on Rockhoster are payment methods! You can pay with credit card, paypal... but what i like is bitcoin, skrill and perfect money!
They also offer Teamspeak server. I recommend that aswell. It works well and it's very cheap!
And if your service doesn't work, they will give your money back in 24 hours.
Rockhoster is the best hosting service for me and i recommend it to everyone who want cheap and quality hosting service!

What I like about the most about RockHoster – Tech support is fast to respond. If I send them an email, they respond in less than an hour.

RH is a little less expensive than my last hosting company, but they have resolved issues for me within minutes and have a lot of additional perks. Thanks to John Tremblay for recommend RockHoster to me when I was preparing to switch hosts. His reviews are always spot on for web hosting.

100% Really happy with what I purchased. I purchased a VPS. They are really cheap and the servers are really fast. I am so pleased with choosing this product, if you're wanting to purchase an offshore VPS, make sure you purchase from this website and no where else! I've ordered a package right here and i already love it. The deal went very smooth. I had a question and sent them an email and i got an email within 2 hours! They helped me out and everything was working. I would recommend this. I've got an domain and hosting here for a pretty cheap price so that's also very good. They have very good up time and never had any issues with it. My website loading time is very fast. If i ever need anything else again i wont hesitate to buy a package on rockhoster. Live chat support has been very helpful and they've helped with all of my problems. Their user interface is extremely clean and easy to use; it was very easy to setup and get my website up and running. In addition, I see that they offer other services as well. I plan on getting a few more packages and services from them later, and I'll update this with more details if possible. Also, they offer a wide variety of payment options including many types of crypto currencies. However, I know that there payments through credit cards isn't working at the moment, but it should be up shortly. Overall, the service is relatively cheap and high quality, and I would recommend for people to use it.
