I compared over 10 web hosts.
Finally I gave Rockhoster a try 5 months ago. I paid via Paypal, and after 10 minutes my site was up and running efficiently. Their support was helpful and responsive. They are patient - I like it very much.

I am a software developer but know little of the intricacies of running a hosting server. Whenever I have had problems the Rockhoster team have been excellent both in their speed of response and the helpfulness of their replies, resulting in my being able to solve the problem.

Great host, haven't had any problems so far. I like rockhoster support, where you can talk to their support team on Skype, and they are 24/7 which is better than my previous host. I also like that you can host unlimited sites from the one account. Good hosting experience!

Just thought I would drop you a line to let you know that your service worked for us without a hitch. In the past, I have always felt as though I did not shop our Online buisness around enough to ensure we got the best deal. It was just so much work to contact each provider individually and get a sense of prices. You made it easy and got us a great deal on what we were after.

I had a problem that other people called unsupported. I had a site I wanted to move from my old provider to Rockhoster (because they gave me a good deal) but didn’t know how to move the files. These guys took my login, and moved all my files and made sure it all worked! These guys rock!

There was some trouble in the first place but everything was fixed shortly by staff.
