Had some billing queries as I had recently moved into. Went into live chat and spoke to Candela. She was super prompt and answered all my questions, and sent me all the information i needed to get my direct debit set up! Brilliant service.

I am really impressed in the last 1…

I am really impressed in the last 1 year and half with Ross and Liddell such dramatic changes. I spoke with Darren today about broken handle door , couple hours later was fixed . I can’t speak high enough about them , thanks Ross and Liddell, thanks Darren 😊

Lovely and very helpful staff (Online Chat Servie)

Just wrote another check for Ross and…

Just wrote another check for Ross and Liddle it’s the worst factor out there 70 Craigpark in Dennistoun been ripped off by this factor for roofing repairs they charged us Nearly £200 between the other tenants for two screws on the bannister this factor just has a license to print money I don’t know how the law doesn’t investigate them

This review is solely about the CHAT function, specifically with Nicole. She was prompt, polite and efficient.
I am not a fan of this facility, much more can be said and achieved in a much shorter time with more detail being exchanged more accurately use person to person conversation.
But on this occassion it was satisfactory.

Rented through ross and lidded west end for a couple of years. the girls in the office were always very helpful and extremely friendly. especially helpful when I often forgot my keys. Great friendly service all round. cheers guys
